The property was very good with communications and I received early instructions and a video to use the access codes on the doors. This was helpful as I’ve not used the electronic keypad system before. I immediately noticed the room was clean and had more than was needed for a base. There is a fridge, kettle, plates, bowls and cutlery - everything needed to cook a meal, which is very handy if you need to save by not eating out as much. The building is only two minutes away from the budget friendly store in the city, walking out of the entrance and turning left and left again. Bonus is on your right. And any questions I had were answered very quickly. The apartment was good value.

Amazing apartment, kitchenette is well equipped with utensils, coffee machine, pans and pots, very comfortable bed, can’t say one bad word. Spacious bathroom with walk-in shower is very comfortable, and super clean. Smart TV is great addition, you can watch streaming videos, once you’re back from town. Great location, within walking distance to downtown, bakery, grocery store, bus stop. Absolute gem and will definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was bigger than we thought. Very clean. Few things missing like a few tea bags and some sugar for the first night, instructions on how the oven and senseo machine work. Nice and close to shop, sea front and bus stops. Upstairs neighbours were extremely noisy on friday and Monday night. Husband liked the projector.

A really great apartment in a great area of the city! Clean and convenient (just a short walk to the centre of town) and very close to a grocery store. I loved the option to cook for myself as well as explore the best places to eat in Reykjavik. Will definitely book again ⭐️

The apartments are conveniently located. Close to supermarkets, a food hall and bus stop 12 are just an 8 min walk. The building has had a facelift since its most recent Google Earth StreetView. Access in to the building was straightforward but access in the room was not. The code we had been given did not work and the phone number provided does not connect to anything. We had an hour of panic unable to access the room or contact the apartment owner. Luckily for us there was another apartment owner downstairs who happened to be checking rooms. He called the cleaner of our apartment who made contact with the owner who reset the code remotely. The cleaner did come to check on us which was well beyond the call of duty, he said the number we have is not the number of the owner and doesn’t know why we have been given it. This level of unreliability is not acceptable and you need to think carefully before booking this accommodation. Scroll through the comments and you will note this is rare, only one other review mentions this but I would not book again as we were almost set to leave and pay again for another hotel. Once in the room it was fairly clean, facilities are very good and it is finished in a modern style. No available plug sockets next to the bed so we needed to charge phones at the kitchen area.

Excellent property and good value for money. Check in and check out was very simple and the staff over the phone were extremely helpful. It is walking distance from within city centre and had multiple grocery and restaurants options.

Really nice little apartment I’d highly recommend again. Only snag was don’t go out the buildings rear door as there’s no sign to say it locks with no way back in or out (without summoning a kind passer by). Bonus supermarket round the corner with standard UK prices was a blessing. 20 min walk from the centre so a great location with free parking out front.
