Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

起初感覺酒店房間不大， 後來體會雷堡老城區的貴200RMB的酒店後， 覺得它房間大小還是可以的。 早餐國際化一點， 老城區local的酒店，它早餐不適合我這個中國來的客人（雖然平時也是在上海常吃麪包，沙拉等西餐的）。交通方便，很多公交路過。一樓隔壁餐廳的晚餐也很棒， 還有酒吧。

很晚到達酒店 有地下停車庫 但當天的充電樁壞了無法給我們的能源車充電。酒店房間不錯，住的蠻舒服。

Nice hotel easy to find with underground car park. Nice room and a very good breakfast. Leisurely 15 min walk to old town, bars cafes and the Danube Regensburg is well worth a visit. It was a stopover before Budapest. Easy to find and access very good

Nice hotel within walking distance to the center and the old town. The hotel has a nice underground car park and the price is reasonable Rooms are neat and clean and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast buffet is neat without being lavish.

Nothing really exceptional and nothing really bad. A very pleasant stay with everything operating as it should. Quiet and comfortable. About 15 minutes from the old town and about 10 minutes from the station. Very good breakfast. Staff very helpful.

Great hotel in an excellent location not far from the train station, riverside restaurants, and the city center. The check-in staff was very friendly and helpful. The entire process was quick and easy. The lobby was neat, clean and navigation of the property was explained well by the reception desk staff. The room was super clean, sleek and modern. Nice bathroom and storage space. Desk in the room for taking notes or eating a snack. The window in the room provided a nice view of the surrounding area. Check-out was also a breeze, no problems at all.

Stayed at Ibis Regensberg Centre for a single night as a mid-point stopover between Munich and Prague and couldn't have been happier. Hotel looks as if it was only recently opened and is of a very functional design and the entire place is superbly clean throughout. Stayed on a Sunday night and felt like we were literally the only people here including the adjoining Novotel where we ate. Staff were welcoming and room was roomy with a good bathroom and comfortable bed. CBD is a short walk away. Hard to fault anything with this Ibis Hotel and considering the price paid (less than $100AUD!) I would happily recommend.

Das Hotel bietet sehr guten IBIS Standard. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Zimmer wie man das bei IBIS zu erwarten hat. Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Zimmer wurde verlässlich täglich gereinigt. Besonders zu erwähnen das Frühstücksbüffet, für IBIS Standards sehr gut. Immer alles ordentlich und nachgefüllt. Stets Personal anwesend welches sich kümmert. Wir waren immer spät beim Frühstück, aber trotzdem war alles noch Top in Ordnung. Der "clevere" Trick, das Personal und das Management treffen sich hier nach Ende der offiziellen Frühstückszeit selbst zum Frühstück. Da wird vom Chef schon mal begutachtet ob alles so ist wie es sein soll. Einziger negativer Punkt, obwohl das Parkhaus groß ist, es gibt 5 Parkplätze zum Laden von eAutos. Soweit, so gut. 2 davon lassen sich aber quasi nicht nutzen, denn diese sind zwischen Wänden so eingequetscht, dass man die Türen des Fahrzeuges nicht öffnen kann. Zudem bräuchte man noch Platz um an der Seite des Fahrzeuges das Ladekabel anzuschließen. Bleiben also quasi nur 3 Plätze übrig. Wenn davon aber der mittlere Platz belegt ist (so wie es bei uns war), ähnliches Problem. Eng, man kommt da kaum rein und dann aus dem Fahrzeug auch nur sehr schwierig wieder raus. Geladen wir dann mit 5 kW, auch nicht der Hit, aber es reicht bis zum nächsten Morgen ist das Auto wieder voll. Bedeutet aber, dass die Fahrzeuge dort lange stehen müssen. Für Fahrräder hat man hingegen die großzügigsten Plätze reserviert, ohne lästige Mauern.... ....das müsste man unbedingt nachbessern! Dafür gab es auch den Abzug von einem Bewertungspunkt.

Bei der von Ihnen beschriebenen Parkplatzsituation mit Ladeinfrastruktur möchten wir Ihnen mitteilen, dass wir hier mit dem örtlichen Stadtwerken im Rahmen der Nachhaltigkeitsinitiative der Stadt Regensburg zusammenarbeiten. Innerhalb dieser Kooperation haben wir im vergangenen Jahr die Kapazitäten an Ladepunkten schon erhöht und eine weitere Ladepunktinsel ist bereits in Planung, um dem wachsenden Bedarf auch zukünftig gerecht zu werden. Allerdings ist auch eine nachträgliche und belastbare Ladepunkt- Stromversorgung in einer Tiefgarage nicht immer ohne Herausforderungen möglich. Wir sind aber vorerst schon mal sehr glücklich, neben den ebenso für unsere wichtigen Fahrradstellplätzen für alternativ anreisende Gäste, eine für Regensburg relativ große Anzahl an Ladepunkten, im Gegensatz zu vielen Mitbewerbern, zur Verfügung stellen zu können. Wir möchten Ihnen aber auch versichern, dass wir hier auch weiterhin unser Bestes geben werden, um einen schnellen und bedarfsgerechten Ausbau zu ermöglichen. Esperienza angosciante. Camera senza armadio, bagno cieco, senza aspiratore, senza riscaldamento e con uno specchio altezza bambino/disabile. Asciugamani in dotazione solo due per la doccia, quelli per le mani non previsti. Ci consegnano le cards per la stanza e ci sono ancora i cestini pieni della immondizia degli ospiti che ci hanno preceduto. Chiamiamo per un problema con i canali ITA (trattasi di catena internazionale) presenti, ma privi di segnale e in due non riescono non dico a sistemare il tutto, ma nemmeno a gestire il TV. Bar inesistente, il riferimento era l’hotel a fianco. Necessario inoltre insegnare al personale come sorridere e al mattino prima di entrare a fare la camera almeno di bussare. Assolutamente sconsigliatissimo anche per una notte.

Noi e il nostro staff lavoriamo duramente ogni giorno per offrire ai nostri ospiti un soggiorno piacevole e senza intoppi all'IBIS STANDARD, apprezzato in tutto il mondo. Infatti, l'arredamento delle camere (con armadio aperto, appendiabiti e portaoggetti) e anche il numero di asciugamani è standardizzato in tutte le strutture Ibis e non può essere modificato dalle singole strutture. Allo stesso modo, sui nostri televisori è possibile ricevere alcuni canali televisivi internazionali, ma anche questi ci vengono forniti da un fornitore di servizi a livello di catena e non possono essere modificati dall'hotel stesso. Le camere sono riscaldate dall'unità di condizionamento dell'aria presente in camera e Ibis non fornisce un riscaldamento separato nemmeno per il bagno. Per la ristorazione, c'è un chiosco alla reception aperto 24 ore su 24 e anche il bar e il ristorante dell'hotel Novotel 4* superior, raggiungibile anche attraverso una porta interna dell'Ibis. Per evitare di disturbare il nostro personale (il bussare assolutamente obbligatorio a volte non viene notato dagli ospiti), in genere consigliamo di appendere il cartellino DO NOT DISTURB all'interno della porta. Siamo spiacenti che non vi piacciano i prodotti Ibis 2 - 3* (nel nostro caso addirittura certificati con 3 stelle) e vorremmo raccomandarvi il già citato Novotel 4*Superior nello stesso edificio per il vostro prossimo soggiorno, in quanto potrebbe essere un po' più vicino alle vostre aspettative ed esigenze, ma il prezzo è di solito solo leggermente superiore.
