The pool and hot tub / Sauna feature was nice, however not the cleanest (old and falling apart could use a good scrub).
The little games room is advertised as “arcade and games room” was pretty sad. And even when my son and I wanted to check it out they locked the hallway to it so there was no access.
The hotel was full of teenagers due to whatever tournaments were going on - this would have been nice if it was communicated to us as the room next to ours and the entire floor was extremely loud and obnoxious when we just wanted to relax.

Overall—it was ok. Average I guess. I felt it could have been cleaner in my opinion (the room). The comforter looked stained on one side. We stayed here once before a couple years back. It seemed a bit better then.

Room was nice and the staff were friendly. The hot tub however felt only luke warm in temperature and water did not appear overly clean.

An okay place to stay.
Pool needs severe maintenance and the steam room seemed dirty. They never provided the free drinks included with the exclusive membership but did give me a nice room upgrade.

Nice hotel, never have seen any staff besides the front desk clerk.
Only one bottle of water in a king room not really acceptable. lighting in rooms is terrible for doing makeup even in the bathroom, better lighting would be amazing.

Rooms are run down, average at best, check in took 14 mins general feel that the place could be bankrupt overnight. Breakfast buffet for 17.99 but it pales in comparison to free continental breakfast at most other hotels. I wouldn’t pay for the buffet as it didn’t look appealing, tried to order off the menu to find they were out of many items and then went and brought pancakes from the buffet when. My son asked for them…. Won’t return. Expect better of something tied to Radisson name.

Easy check in, friendly staff, clean rooms. Even with multiple sports teams staying qhen we were there it was never overly noisy. The hot tub was more like a warm bath but other than that everything was really good.

Stayed here for a couple of days. Appreciated the generously sized bathroom, even my own at home isn’t that big, roof for the shower was a bit low though. Sound proofing between rooms is fine, but left something to be desired between rooms and hallway;could hear doors being slammed closed. No breakfast included, but we were fine with that as the price reflected that. Definitely a place we would consider again.

The hotel needs some maintenance. For example but not limited to- the pool lining is coming up from the bottom of the pool. 1 Elevator not working. Kitchen table in room was falling apart. It all just needs some new and improved upgrades.
