Dominka, Insha & Sarka were professional, friendly and very welcoming, they could not do more to make my stay a very enjoyable & comfortable one, bed was very comfortable, room was very clean and food was fab, I look forward to returning soon !

The breakfast was good and the staff were pleasant. I booked a premier room and was placed on the 3rd floor. I had to move to a second premier room however because the room smelt very badly of cigarette smoke. The chair in the room had cigarette burns. The room was also generally grubby looking in terms of the carpet, marks on the chair and chipped paint work ik the bathroom. The second premier room smelt only slightly better, however the bathroom then smelt of sewage and vomit. I had to sleep with the window open meaning a cold room with traffic noise disturbance. I had very little sleep! On the next day I was moved to a standard room on the 2nd floor. This room was thankfully smell free and on the quieter side of the building! I was refunded £9 for my troubles and this was only done after I queried whether I would receive any refund for the downgraded room and my lack of a good night sleep due to the condition of the room. Clearly the staff only refunded for the downgrade for the one night and ignored the inconvenience that I had experienced in coming to a figure of £9. Due to my experience I would avoid booking this particular Premier Inn again in the future. If I really had to, I would most certainly not pay extra for a Premier room as the standard rooms seem better value for money as they are bigger, cleaner and smell free.

We had a great night's sleep as we always do with Premier. The room was warm and cosy and everything was nice and clean. The location was brilliant and we were able to park our car no problem. The staff that we met were friendly and everywhere was spotless!

The hotel is close to the Oracle shopping centre and is within walking distance to many locations, including the town centre. There's a restaurant on site with a variety of good options, including a decent breakfast every morning! The staff are helpful and knowledgable, so you'll be in good hands! There's a car park on site with limited spaces, and the train station is a 10-minute walk away.
