"Good hotel if you have friends staying nearby or own transport. Some fast food within walking distance. Next to Popeyes Chicken, bought chicken wings , taste good. Good deal for the room rate."

Travelodge Reading M4 Westbound

"We had to return from our holiday in Northern France within 24 hours. We left France at around 1.30am and headed home to SW Wales. We needed to stop sling the way and booked the Travelodge at Reading M4 Westbound. Paid for early check-in on 21/06/26, as we would not have stopped apart from the ferry ride. We were absolutely knackered and arrived too early for the early check-in. The young gentleman with glasses, (really sorry, I can't remember you name), on reception was very understanding and as our room was already waiting for our arrival allowed us to check-in straight away. We can't thank this gentleman enough for his professional conduct, understanding and empathy with our situation. 🙏🏼🙏🏼 The room was spotless, cool on arrival (despite the heatwave creeping in), very comfortable and quiet. Yes quite! Even though every Tom, Dick and Harry was milling around not far from our window! There is nothing to really fault this place. We managed to get straight to sleep and were able to resume our onward journey home at 4.30am on Sunday. The only things that would have made our stay slightly better was voil netting at the window. Also, and this is a fault at ALL Travelodges that we stay in regularly, is air conditioning. I don't know what it is about the design of Travelodges but they are ALWAYS too hot, no matter what weather it is! I'd be happy for an additional £5 per night to be added to enjoy air conditioning in your rooms and I'm sure many other people would agree!"

Premier Suites Reading

"Very convenient location, good customer service and facilities"

Bull Inn

"Very old country hotel, but not old at all. Very unique. It is said that George Bruni's house is just behind the hotel. There is a very popular and unique bar. The room is large and clean"

Beautiful 7-Bedroom Countryside Home

Mercure Newbury West Grange Hotel
