we did not get the service or room we booked , we got a different room the elavator did not work properly the staff was rude and did not care to fix the problems we had the bedding was dirty and stained and they would not give us clean linen we will never use this service - trip.com or stay at this place again

Everything was fine except that the shower didn’t work as no lever or way to push the water from the faucet part up to the shower head. I did take pictures in case there was a question.
I didn’t see staff when I left in the morning so didn’t report it but it had to be obvious to ataff

Good staff, rooms are just rundown and dirty. I also booked a non smoking room and it stank of smoke quite bad

The hotel was fine while we were there. Very close to the interstate so it had some noise at night. The frustration came the next day when we had checked out and I realized I had left my prescription glasses in the bathroom. I called the front deak and the man was incredibly difficult. I asked if I could pay the bill to have my glasses sent to me and he refused to help. He said I had to come pick them up but I was already 9 hours away in Kansas at that time. For a hotel off I-80 one would think they would be more accomodating to travelers who are clearly driving through.

stayed at Days Inn Wyndham two nights earlier and it was great. breakfast was horrible. o.j. watered down, chipped beef watered down too. Yuk!! sausage pale and uncooked looking, probably microwaved. no yogurt, no pastry.
Solid ice on entry both arriving and morning.

Facility not well cared for. No heat was on in room when we arrived at 11:00pm and it was 18 degrees outside. Parking lot so icy it was difficult to walk into the building.

Dirty room, rude front desk staff. Pet friendly only if you take the worst room in the place. No refrigerator, no clock, hair in the tub and on the bathroom floor, stained carpet, desk chair has so many stains I’d sit on the dirt before sitting in it. Peeling paint on bathroom walls, toilet loose and rocks when you sit on it.
At 4am an alarm went off in the next room, right by my head. It kept going. Went to front desk staff just looked at me like what do you want me to do. Went back to room, 15 minutes later still going off. Back to desk he finally came to room to hear it. It stopped finally. At 5:15 am it started again. Back to desk. Here it is 5:30 am and I’m still listening to this dang alarm because the front desk staff will do nothing about it.
Best advise is to avoid this place! Unless you like dirty rooms and alarms going off at all hours of the morning,
Going to front desk again for the 4th time!!!!

Toilet ran all night long and would not flush. Was told at checkin that I had the last room -- was not told that it was the last room re: my online reservation. The next morning, treated like crap and Jay would not write down the phone number for the manager - "you can look it up" --- lots more - hoping there are videos as the whole check out was AWFUL.
