Very good resort , excellent enviornment and excellent service staff . All the gardens and common area is very well maintained , swimming poll is clean . Very clean and green . At restaurant Mr Maan Kumar is super polite , not even a single demand was unattended .

Everything is excellent staff very helpful man kumar ,Pravin,upendra they are the best on our 2 day stay if had a chance would like to come here and stay longer

What a beautiful place with amazing friendly and professional team (Prabin, Bivisa, Keshab, Sanim and many more). Very good and fresh food. We choose to sleep in a cottage room. Amazing quiet area and beautiful garden. Many evenings there were beautiful local dance demonstrations. Excellent service provided for the booking of activities and bus tickets.

The hotel staff was extremely and was able to get us a car to Ka**andu at last minute when all fights out if Chitwan cancelled. They had a nice evening program regarding the indigenous community. Meals were included in the stay and wait staff often brought us free local dishes to try

We had a lovely stay with attentive service and good food. Prabin and rest of team were excellent. We had a wonderful itinerary of great activities include canoe and elephant rides. However, the pool area could use updating and better maintenance, as it is small for the number of guests in the resort.

Best place to visit. Had a great time with staff. Lots of memories to take with. Staffs are very friendly and professional. Hotel is beautiful. Will comeback in future again. Front office staffs are very nice. Aarti , Rohit, Sajeet went out of their way to help us with stay. Restaurant team is also very professional. Lovely food and beautiful garden.

A decent hotel with all basic facilities, good location and perfect size of room inventory. I liked the bedding, very comfortable. The hot water in the shower takes some time to pour-in. The game changer is their staff and the service they provide. We arrived late with some dietary requirements Shekhar and Susil Pathak made sure to specially make food for us even after lunch buffet was closed. Sajith from front office was so friendly and welcoming to accomodate any requests. 5 star for the staff and service.
