Great experience with namastey hotel ratlam there staff and manager behaviour is very good. Rooms are very hygienic and clean

Maybe when this hotel was new it was good. But now the paint is peeling off the walls, the sheets are old with tiny holes in them and everything in the bathroom is rusted, dirty and broken. I would not stay here again

Our experience was great. The rooms are good and spacious. The staff is very helpful and cooperative. Location is very apt because it is right next to ratlam junction.

Stay was very comfortable. Hotel was clean and staff was very co-operative. Hotel location is closeby railway station which is an advantage.

Room was ok but bathroom is in poor condition. Hot & cold water tap wasnot working. Water was initially very dirty and after some time it was smelling badly. Not worth of taking a bath at all.
