Comfort Inn & Suites Manheim - Lebanon

The staff was friendly. The hotel was quiet. They offer breakfast, but it wasn't a large selection on the morning that we were there. We got a good night's sleep, but you can certainly hear other guests in other rooms when you are in the bathroom. Our plans during our stay were canceled, so we stayed in the hotel more than we had planned. It would have been nice if the TV was newer. The picture was poor and very limited channel selection. We would stay here again, but if you are looking for a hotel stay with numerous perks, than I would recommend choosing another location.

Nothing worked - doors didn’t work - pool closed - (it’s why we booked it) only place that wasn’t 500 dollars - good for a night and that’s it - vending machines worked though

Unfriendly customer service. Pillows was flat .,room had a musty odor, no shampoo orsoap .

Room had a lot of broken things inside the room, barely any channels to watch very limited for the price I paid and breakfast was horrible, limited food, they had jimmy dean reheatable sandwhiches..no real breakfast like most comfort suites pretty much bare minimum..worst experience stay I have ever had at any comfort suits, usually comfort suites are respectable This one was one I'll never take the pleasure of coming to ever again..i think this hotel needs to be audited smh

Our room was on the turnpike side, so was quite noisy. Pool was closed… bummer. Breakfast wasn’t much… just the basics. Room was clean and comfortable.

Traveling with 2 other adult friends to a quilt show in the area. Lovely desk clerk. Our room was dated and poorly maintained but we were horrified to find a very stained mattress only maybe 4” thick and all springs with almost NO padding on them for the sofa bed that we needed for one adult with us. Most of the stains appeared to be old washed blood stains. The entire mattress was covered with them! Fortunately the desk clerk was able to find us another room with a different type of sofa bed immediately. The sofa bed in the second room was a couch that folded down to a bed rather than a mattress but worked. Again the room was not adequately cleaned as there were m&m’s under the sink in the bathroom as well as the plastic fasteners used to attach sales tags to clothing near the toilet floor. The couch had significant stains and everything was dated. Not great but we were able to manage for 1 night. Would not recommend unless there were no other options. We should have been alerted by the peeling faux leather seating in the lobby as you enter. To be fair, the sheets and towels were clean and the desk clerk was helpful and pleasant. I was surprised that she said they didn’t give out any pillows for the sofa bed but that there were plenty on the beds that could be shared. They also did not give out any blankets for the sofa bed which made it uncomfortable for the person trying to sleep using only a sheet. We had a blanket in the car and managed but not a pleasant experience.

Television only had 4 working channels all 3 nights, manager was EXTREMELY RUDE and she asked if my primary reason for coming there was the the tv!?!? Who asks that? Coffee pot didnt work. MINIMAL food for breakfast. No fruit, only stale cereal one day. Shower had mold.

got there late and called to tell.them id be late. get there doors locked, sign says call. I call and the rude half asleep desk rep. says they arent checkin in anyone else.. whats a Joke.took 45 minutes to get ******* to fix it so at 130 am I got to drive 30 more miles and find another room.. Boycot that place its run by the worst kind of people

Pool is no longer in service. Tv gets minimal channels. Of those channels, several of them don’t have sound and several of them are barely viewable as the picture is distorted. Curtains are unable to close all the way due to design.
