Location is consider not bad. the road connecting this hotel is terribly bad traffic after working. And it is not convernient to go back hotel. It requires to make a big U-turn.

i choose this hotel is because of waterpark, but reception told me that i still need to pay for water park entrance fees if i book from thirt party,the room a big fusty n small

Hotel room to small for my family... I think my son room bigger than hotel room but the hotel pool is the best part... the pool is so big and very fantastic.. tq for the enjoyable moments..

Go there to play the theme park with my daughter. Overall was okay. Just the parking are quite limited and the room are small.

Hotel is near to town. Good for family with kids because of the pool. Room is very small if got kids. TV so near with beds. Everything is small.

Free parking unavailable, and priotise walk in guest for water park..have to park roadside
Lift floor always wet due to guest just come out from waterpark ....

Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The reception staff was good, the facilities was good. Just the cleanliness need to improve. The shower room is clogged, it take a few minutes for all water to be drained. The toilet bowl was not clean enough. The room was provided with nescafe 3 in 1, however one of the packing is empty. The housekeeping give empty one😅.
