Nice hotel with glass panels, only too far away from the city.

Everything is in the hotel. The sauna was also clean and it was nice to be able to cook. It was a pity that the reception was 4 minutes away by car. So it would be inconvenient if you don't have a car.

風景不錯，服務幾乎沒有，早餐東西很少，口味一般般，芬蘭我住那麼多酒店這家早餐最差了，不過來這最好得自駕，要不然太不方便了，要帶很多好吃的因為這邊沒啥吃的，不過可以做飯，可以度假可以，但是沒什麼好玩的，這邊的項目比聖誕長者村的貴

湖邊第一排冰屋，夜晚滿天繁星，非常美好，北斗七星和大小熊星座超清晰，可惜雲層有點厚沒看見極光。白天湖上積雪白茫茫一片片也特棒，北極圈冬天的日出是斜着上來斜着落下的，很有意思。房間內桑拿屋雖小效果不錯，早餐也挺好。我們自駕來的挺方便，還去附近超市買了夜宵自己做，房間內廚房用品很全。

很好的一種體驗，酒店定的雪地摩託是一大亮點，房間的桑拿老婆很喜歡，我們住的那天基本沒有什麼人，所以安靜。

和動物園那個木屋酒店是一家在運營，相隔五公里左右，蠻好的，住了兩晚，因為實在是沒房哈哈哈😹

千萬提前預訂車輛接送 酒店接送85歐來回 離市中心80多公里 我打車 單程是170-200歐 ，非常貴！一定給酒店提前預約 總得來説 晚上有點冷，有桑拿房，早餐還行 環境的話 也還可以吧

酒店距離羅瓦涅米約1個小時的車程，可以寫信聯繫酒店安排 Taxi。可以跟酒店前台預約shuttle 到Zoo，來回皆免費。 設施相當不錯的玻璃屋，有自己的桑拿。玻璃可以加熱，躺在床上可以非常清楚地看到天空，能真正體驗在玻璃屋看極光 唯一的缺點是，需要自己拖行李到玻璃屋，如果能有專人或專車託運行李就更好了

餐廳：早餐可以，種類豐富，但歐洲好食的麵包竟然在這裡比較差，晚餐選擇不多，我去的時候只有魚、雞、素食三款，所以沒有吃到。 設施：大失所望，wifi 奇差，經常收不到，可以當沒有wifi 用。超級不方便，連在港買的大中華go 也收不到網絡，應該是地點位置問題。我訂的是湖畔房型，入面的私人桑拿房好細間，我認為只足夠1人使用，2人空間不足，簡直大跌眼鏡！這樣的價錢給岀這樣的設施完全係意料之外。 酒店唯一可取之處就是它的風景優美，但性價比超低。

Igloos have a beautiful view and are very clean and comfortable. The Ranua resort staff were very welcoming and helpful however the staff at the Igloos during our stay were disinterested and unhelpful only looking up from their phones for the bare minimum of hospitality. We dined one night in the ‘restaurant’ which was absolutely awful largely due to the kitchen catering for a large Japanese tourist group. Disappointing that we needed to point out how disgusting the dinner experience was so that we could be compensated with paying for one meal instead of both. We were told transfers to Ranua resort would be €10 per person each way and we had to discover ourselves that transfers were included with the tours we booked after we paid €60 unnecessarily in transfers. The experiences we had with the tours booked through Ranua were amazing and everything we wanted. The Finnish Horseride through the Forrest at night was absolutely beautiful. We recommend Ranua Resort employ people at the Artic Fox Igloos that have the same amount of enthusiasm toward the end of their season as we are sure they do at the beginning.

We had a good experience over all, the only issue was with the stuff that were new and couldn’t advise us on anything. The activity recommended by the employees as “the best one” - SEARCHING FOR THE AURORA BOREALIS was disappointing because it took us across the lake where the igloo was and back. The igloos weren’t secluded,it’s about 3-4 m between them. Place was warm and the windows were not foggy.

We stayed 1 night in an Arctic Fox Igloo. It was an amazing experience. The igloo was small but perfectly formed. There was even a private sauna. We had half board and the dinner and breakfast were excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would recommend.

10/10. We have never had such a magical holiday. The lodges and the igloo were perfect, clean & had everything you would need! The staff are brilliant, so helpful & friendly & think of everything! There’s something for everyone in terms of activities, from husky sled rides to a snow mobile hunt for the Northern Lights! -book in advance though, they get booked up quickly! The food is amazing with great choices and the thermal waterproof gear is included in the price so there’s no need to overpack! Thoroughly recommend this resort with a special mention to the staff Brendon, Jamie, Maria and the activities Eija, who were all brilliant!

We stayed 3 nights at the Holiday Village Gulo Gulo and spent the fourth night here. The igloos are fabulous - very modern, clean and well equipped with everything you need for a one or two night visit. They are perfectly placed in front of a beautiful lake (which we had snowmobiled across that morning on a trip to a reindeer farm) and the transfers to and from the holiday village for dinner were well organised. The sauna was an added bonus! I would definitely recommend a night in an igloo.
