Hampton Inn Raleigh-Capital Blvd North

Lovely hotel in a nice location. Breakfast was good as well.

Good location but hotel not in great condition. Little things like missing toilet paper holders, lights broken. Phone at door broken, etc

Very comfortable and convenient. Close to primary objective, affordable and pleasant staff. Many Client services, tea/coffee plastic ware and patron daily gifts

To hard to operate the temperature in the room. Need a better variety of snacks.

The staff I saw was friendly but it was very limited. The room was comfortable and the main parts were clean but things people touch frequently, e.g, TV remote, were filthy.

The hotel is fine the people working at the desk and in the breakfast room are rude and unpleasant, I needed to speak to the woman at the front desk and she was on her phone for 5 min before she finally acknowledged me, and it was like she was doing me a favor. Also the beds are a little hard they need mattress toppers.

Had some issues with the room, toilet in particular but was resolved the following day. The Staff was very courteous and responsive. Overall a good property.

There was trash on the ground by the entrance. Someone spilled a milkshake at the door which was never cleaned up the 2 days we were there. There were burn holes on the underside of our comforter, the carpet felt so gross on your feet you had to wear shoes always, there were handprints all over the bathroom door, the bathroom floor had not been mopped, the charging station was broken, when you turned on the light switch at the door it didn’t work you had to enter the dark room and Turn on the light by the bed without tripping, the other light was burned out. At breakfast the trash can was overflowing on the floor and when we tried to sit at one of the tables the cushions on the bench sunk in so low you couldn’t eat. Lastly the area in front of the receptionist desk was filthy. Footprints were all over the floor and it was sunny both days we were there, no excuse for foot prints and lastly the floor was sticky all the way to the elevator were syrup was spilled and never cleaned up the entire time we were there. I usually LOVE Hampton Inn and am easily pleased but this one was beyond disgusting.

Old and bent lamps, lights without bulbs, unplugged alarm clocks, food from the last guest in the fridge. The hallways and elevator smelled like moisture.
