The overall stay was nice, very co-operative staff always just a call away and lots of activities to choose from like bunjee jumping, kayaking etc (avoid going during summers for river rafting as the river current is slow) cheerio !

Its great but food tea-st poor staff is v good and coprative and awesome ambince looks great at night

It was really amazing 1 week stay at Zostel, Kolad. The property is no doubt really beautiful but also the people working there are very sweet and lovely. Starting with BRUNO, he is always cheerful, playful and very gentle. You would love to play around with him anytime🐶. Then comes the FDM NUPUR who is very sweet and helpful 😊. Property Manager SUDARSHAN bhai is really kind and generous 😊. First Community manager YATHIN who will keep you engaged all the time by involving you in different activities and will always make sure you are not getting bored there 😄. Then we have another Community Manager KANISH who is very gentle and supportive throughout. He will make sure you reach the property without any hassle, he is always there to make sure your stay is comfortable and any issues just reach out to KANISH he will get it resolved for you as soon as possible ☺️. Everything from the amenities to the service, housekeeping, to Cleanliness all across the property is spot on. Lots of adventure activities like river crossing, bungee jumping, river rafting, kayaking etc. makes Zostel Kolad a must-visit. Swimming pool is a wonderful addition. Cafe serves delicious food at reasonable rates and especially the poha, I would recommend everyone to try the poha there in morning bf. Would love to visit again!! 😇 Thank you to the entire team for making my stay memorable!! ☺️

It was good experience being there, cleanliness, food quality, greenery everything is maintained. Whereas, though there was a defined smoking zone, still people were smoking all around the property.

The vibe of the place is awesome. Beautiful location. Staff is well trained and polite. Sameer and vishal helped us throughout our trip. Must visit during monsoon to enjoy the weather and the scenic location

The stay was perfect with staff coordinating at every time whenever in need. Very good hospitality. Food is a bit expensive but you can’t help it. Overall a good staying experience.

Food was awesome and tasty out of the mark. But i think it will be more better if the rate of the dishes will decrease or else quantity of food should be increased here. Thank you.

The staff was not customer friendly and didn't even entertain smallest of requests. We were given late check in because the door of the room was broken and they said they'll give us a late check out but asked us to check out earlier. The door was broken because of which the ac in the room didn't work and room was hot. The food preference for our group was jain and they didn't entertain any requests. The food was terrible. When they didn't have any options to serve jain food, we requested them to prepare the ready to eat packets that we had carried but they denied that request and basically asked us to stay hungry and skip the meal. The pickup and drop from road to property by boat was provided by them in the package. But every time we had to wait for more than 30 mins. When we went for activities on the property they stranded us for 45 mins and stopped answering calls.
