房間很好，雙床房的床有1.4，適合大孩子自己睡

總體都很好，就靠着商場，但是房間的空調怎麼調都不熱，有點冷

非常的乾淨整潔服務好

I was on a Gate 1/Discovery tour. Room 219- king size bed. Bed and pillows comfortable. Of course water is provided and replenished daily. Mini fridge, iron and board, safe. Room was quiet with no street noise. Breakfast buffet had good choices with an egg station. Used the spa and had an excellent massage, with use of a jacuzzi and sauna. There is a mall next door that has a money exchange with a good rate, Would definitely stay here again.

The service is always exceptional everytime I stay at this hotel with my family. Our latest stay started off wobbly as some of the requirements I communicated early before our arrival were not executed by the time we arrived, such as having a baby cot by the bed ready in the room, no balcony in the room, issues with wifi. But it was all handled very well the following morning by the manager, Khadija, who made sure everything was rectified. She made sure we got moved to the room we wanted that we were well looked after for the rest of the week! Which all speaks to her problem solving and management skills! The staff and chefs at the breakfast buffet were excellent! Very attentive to every single detail and always smiley and polite. They looked after us and after my parents when they visited. Huge thanks to Basma, Mehdi, Moatassim, Comba, Abednour from the restaurant and Hajar and Dunia from the cafe! Biggest thanks to our wonderful housekeeper Sanae Mabrouk who always went above and beyond to make sure the room was always to our liking! She left rose petals on the bed, even made a little towel baby swan which was adorable when we switched rooms. Overall 10/10! Can’t wait to bring my family here again very soon!

I was at the Marriott for work and stayed for 2 weeks. After a couple of days, I knew almost everyone by name and felt extremely supported by many. The reception team was particularly helpful in making my job easier, specifically Ismail, Yasmina, Souha, Malak, Nabil, Hamza, and many more who never failed to put a smile on my face. They were patient with my many requests and questions. The team behind the scenes was also a big part in my positive experience, Manal, Imad, Khadija, and Oualid. Every morning I stopped at the cafe to put ice cubes in my coffee mug and quickly, stopping by to say hi to Dounia became part of my morning routine and helped me start my day with a smile. The staff at the restaurant where I had breakfast were extremely kind and accommodating given my long work hours leading to me almost missing breakfast. They always made time to make me coffee even when I was running late and sometimes bringing it all the way to my desk. The diversity of breakfast options was great, especially given my long stay. I never ran out of options or got bored. I also mostly extremely grateful to Imane Mziouaq, who cleaned my room with so much care and attention to detail that brought me relief every time I came back from a long busy day. Her kindness and many smiles made my stay here feel more like home, which is important when staying in a hotel for this long. I felt very comfortable and knew that my things were safe in her hands. All in all, I’m thankful to have had this team be part of my experience of working on this event.
