It was a nice hotel.. the wifi is just not that fast. The location is far from all the restos and malls

The room size is okay for a family of 3 considering the beds are double sized. Room was clean . For breakfast , its not buffet but there are choices of plating and served to the table. Their checkout time is quite long so just keep that in mind if you are in a hurry. One issue which we faced at midnight, it was 13th Dec, and on our floor( 7th) there were 3 groups l guess were just standing at the common corridor and talking, running also calling each other from across the rooms , until at 1:30 midnight l couldn't take it , went to the reception to address, just commendable job by the lady in the reception who handled this very well . lt was not the hotel's fault but due to such ruccus l could nt sleep for a long time . Shout out to the lady , forgot to ask her name , for managing the situation at 1:30 am .

Overall service is good. Staff are very good and all smiling. (-) The electric kettle was not functioning well, and service charge for room breakfast.

All good. The service was good. But the room they gave us is kinda creepy as it seems like it hasn't be used in a while as there is dust in table and a crack on the walls (looked like someone punched it)

Rooms are well-appointed, but I didn't like how the balcony is not tiled or kept clean so I didn't want to step out. There was also a decent sized bathroom. Some weird smell would come out of the drain though. Bed and pillows are comfortable, but I ended up getting sick with a respiratory infection after my stay here. I think it had something to do with the carpet, which made my feet really dirty. The aircon leaked too. Overall, it was an average stay, but I won't be staying here again because cleanliness and sanitation aren't guaranteed.

though its a small hotel! everything is polish, the room is big , and clean. i also love the breakfast! beef tapa is da best

Room looked new and it was overall a pleasant experience. The room looks much smaller than the photos but its ok cuz the price is worth it for how clean it is. Service is good too, front desk responds fast to requests. There's even a pool and gym so thats nice! Will stay here again def

Their service treats their guests well. There is something you can't deny that they have a shortcoming. Just like the bathtub drain doesn't work. Their air conditioner is a bit weak. We booked this hotel because of the amenities. We didn't use it because the pool was being repaired. It was a little sad and disappointing but overall my gf and I enjoyed it. Thanks anyway.

Very nice hotel

位置很好，視野也不錯。之前也住過總體來説很不錯。早餐能豐富些，並且確保乾淨衞生就更好了。這次懷疑是早餐吃壞了肚子，疼得滿地打滾？

酒店離我開會的大學很近，服務人員態度非常好，大堂的哥哥隨時準備著幫我拎行李。選擇住高層可能比較好。隔音一般。房間乾淨。不過最好可以帶自己的毛巾。酒店有gym和游泳池，酒店對面有一家非常好的菲律賓傳統餐廳，服務到位，餐飲美味！酒店早餐卻不太行。

從陽台看出去街景很漂亮，出行也很方便
