Loved this boutique hotel, perfect location and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would come back again.

Very convenient location, next to Jardin Guerrero. Walkable distance to everywhere. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Great service too! We had Room 5 with a balcony giving us a beautiful view of the town. AC works fine, sometimes makes noise though. No elevator but we loved our 3 nights there.

Overall a comfortable place to stay. However, the water pressure of the bathroom sink and faucet were odd. You will open the faucet a liitke bit and no water will come out and if you tried to open a LOT will come out and will splash all the way to the floor. We stayed in room 6.

Really wanted to like Morazul, and, whilst there was absolutely noting wrong with the place, it wasn't very memorable nor somewhere I would readily recommend. My overall impression was of staff who showed minimal interest in our stay or even existence. I don't think we were ever once asked how our stay was going nor given recommendations of what do do. It all seemed like we were inconveniencing two students running an AirBnB rather than two people taking their profession seriously and aiming to make sure guests enjoyed a great experience.

Location was perfect to visit historic downtown, staff super helpful and friendly (Hector and Mariano). Nice coffee maker and housekeeping staff do a very good job. Excellent stay!

The hotel is in a handy city centre location and you can walk to most noteworthy sites. The car park they provide for free is about ten minutes’ walk away. It is large and feels very safe, however. The hotel building is traditional and handsome and has a lovely feel to it. The receptionists we came across were not particularly welcoming or engaging, but did their job efficiently. The suite we booked was pretty dark, with only a couple small windows into an inner courtyard. Even with all the lights on it felt a bit depressing. The towels in the bathroom were absolutely awful (old, tatty and more grey than white) and need replacing swiftly. Overall the hotel fulfilled its purpose, but I am not sure if I would return.
