They spoil you here! They have a WhatsApp set up for their guest services and it made it all the more spoiled. I was at the spa and I needed ice for my drink that I brought there and all I did was message and they brought it right to me. The food was great breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was free shuttle service to Agua Azules and the town, which was perfect because we booked parasailing with Agua Azules and they dropped us off right at there steps. The room was clean. The property was beautiful. We got to see sloths, iguanas, and monkeys! The monkeys were right outside our hotel building (we booked a vista suite) when checking out.

The property was located on a mountain overlooking the ocean. The room was nice and the staff friendly. The food was terrible and quite pricey. There was at least one mistake with every order except for sushi dinning. For a $400.00 a night vista suite room the place was underwhelming and there were other properties which we would have been happier at.

I absolutely loved this stay. The amenities were fantastic, service was great, and the resort grounds were lovely. The only con was that the room was dated and the “jungle view” was just a chain link fence with jungle behind it.

Stayed here for 2 comfortable nights. We had hoped to go to the Manuel Antonio National Park, but both of the days we were in the area were fully booked.
Warmly greeted by Reception staff and taken to our room on a golf cart. Luckily our cases were taken to our room as we were on the top floor. Our balcony over looked the garden but beware, I only turned my back for a second and we had 2 monkeys just coming through the patio doors!
The pools and surrounding areas were very clean but a regular visit from the barman to the adults only pool would have been appreciated.
Happy hour was enjoyable with live music.
We only ate at the restaurant during our stay. Most of the food was good, but I wouldn’t recommend the “tapas”. It was expensive and mine was tasteless. Much better experience in the main restaurant.
Also enjoyed a very pleasant walk on the hotel trail.
The hotel feels very American.

Great hotel to see wildlife right outside your balcony. Very friendly staff and very clean resort. So many options of things to do. Great hotel.

We have been coming to Hotel Parador for many years! Great hotel, lots of amenities but not a big hotel chain. Close to beach and marina. Highly recommend!

Our family of 5 (3 generations) spent a week at the Parador after Christmas. It was more than I usually spend, but so worth it. The rooms and grounds were beautiful and the staff was so helpful and competent. We took advantage of several guided nature tours as well as a Mercado tour in nearby Quepos. We were immersed in the natural beauty of the rainforest. The main dining room offered delicious options with a breakfast buffet included in our room price. The hotel put on a delightful New Year’s Eve party with live music, dance performers and a huge buffet -again, included with our room price. I highly recommend the Parador for a family getaway splurge.

Friendly and attentive staff, very comfy beds, has shuttle to nearby beaches. Bathroom can use a little remodeling though.
