The environment is very good, and the facilities are also very luxurious. The only drawback is that the location will not be convenient if there is no car.

誤打誤撞住進別墅。但是裏面很整潔乾淨，而且很有生活品質，所以用具和設施都比較高端。在皇后鎮的半山腰上。風景優美。可惜我們住的二天下雨。如果年紀大的還是注意，因為上坡下坡比較累。開車就沒有任何問題。

這家住南酒店沒有前台，需要把信用卡訊息發郵件給他們，需要按金1500紐幣，我們在那裡住了3個晚上，退房時間是上午10點，我們希望加點錢延遲退房到12點，他們不允許，10點多服務人員就進入房間開始收拾，讓我們抓緊離開，我們收拾好11點多離開房間，酒店工作人員沒有和我們溝通，直接扣了300紐幣，作為延時退房費用。這家酒店沒有誠信，隨意扣除客户信用卡里金額，大家遠離這家酒店。衹認錢，不講誠信。

Phản Hồi Từ Khách Sạn: Kia Ora,You booked and paid for your villa until 10 am (standard check-out time) on your departure date, a late check-out was not asked for in advance, nor was it available. We had new guests arriving on the same day, into the same villa, hence why check-out had to remain at 10am. The late check-out charge was appropriate given your forced and unsolicited late check-out, plus the added stress accumulated in the housekeeping department as they rushed to get the villa ready for the new guests arriving by 3pm. I'm sure you can appreciate that if you arrived at your villa on your arrival date and were told at 3pm that the villa was unavailable because guests that departed this morning demanded a late check-out, you would be pretty annoyed. We like to offer late check-outs wherever we can, however, we were physically unable to on this occasion with new guests arriving.

這家酒店適合家庭旅遊或幾個朋友一起。每個房間都有洗手間。客廳廚房單獨一層設施很齊全，洗衣烘乾機還有電梯都很方便。房間精緻設施都很講究，走路到皇后鎮中心800米左右。但回來要爬坡。

房間舒適安靜，環境優美，空間寬敞明亮，設施一應俱全，爬山非常方便。適合家庭或朋友出遊租住。開車去城裡也很方便。

房間很好，位置絕佳，距離也很方便 設施齊全，有烘乾機、洗衣機等，可以自己做飯，適合大家庭或者朋友一起居住

整體很好，風景絕美，沒有前台，無法寄存東西，離開的時候要10點，這是缺點。房間很大，3層，有洗衣機，房子非常舒服。

Beautiful accommodation for 3 couples. Amazing views over the city and the water. It was fun to be able to cook and enjoy a few meals in while enjoying the beauty. It was also nice to have easy access to free laundry. You need to be in shape to hike up from the city, but well worth it.

We stayed across two villas and they were both immaculate and well appointed. Staysouth were super responsive with all our questions and incredibly helpful in arranging delivery of groceries for our family. We would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend these properties.

The most amazing place to stay in Queenstown with families! The views were incredible. The fireplaces nice and cosy after a cold day out. They organised a highchair and baby safety gates. Kitchen equipment had everything you needed. The seperate bathrooms very handy. Close to town. We didnt want to leave!

What a wonderful 4 nights at Commonage Villas Queenstown! It will be very hard to beat the luxury, views, comfort, and general feel of the stunning 3-bedroom villa we stayed in. We absolutely loved it! And the service and customer support was outstanding from beginning to end.
