The room was beautiful and the staff was very friendly.
We had an issue with the room above us being very loud. The staff quickly fixed the situation and accommodated us with another quieter room. Thank you so much Rose, you saved our weekend!
We'll come back for sure next time we're in Quebec city.

We appreciated the pre-registration and the fact that they allowed us to access our room despite the fact that we arrived early. There was a gentleman in the lobby who was extremely helpful with getting our luggage up to our room and also helped with check out. Safe and covered parking was amazing during a snow storm. Fantastic location!!! Amazing coffee machine in lobby. Very happy with our experience overall. Great value for the cost!

Exceptional staff that go out of their way day or night to make sure you feel welcome and comfortable! Breakfast in the morning is decent, many choices and convenient. Accommodating and speedy valet. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The wine bar is convenient to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening, their lounge areas are cozy and peaceful. Very walkable to all of the local attractions, shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location right in the heart of old Quebec City. The staff were very helpful and friendly and gave us some great eating recommendations. Could only be improved by having a smart TV.

Loved the community rooms, we used them daily to have a ciffee or glass of wine and chat.

The staff at the hotel entrance were very helpful and welcoming as soon as we unloaded our luggage. It was convenient to have a public parking lot nearby. The room was clean and warm, and the hot water worked well. It's a hotel with excellent value for money. I highly recommend it.

Great place to stay, close to everything one wants to see in Old Quebec. Rooms are on smaller size. My friend and I shared a room, 2 double beds. Not a lot of room to move around in. Staff very nice and helpful. Would certainly stay here again!!!
