It was amazing stay also we enjoyed the food and service they have 5 ala cart restaurant are amazing also we done photo sections at the hotel and ibrahem was amazing and professional the they are offering free Life jackets and mask for snorkeling at the end of the jetty and they can escort you by the golf car for sure we will be back for this place and we will recommend it to our families and friends as everyone coming to sharm need to try this lovely hotel

Excellent stay again at the Alcazar . First class hotel with amazing staff . A la carte restaurants are all very good with the Lebanese one being the absolute best . Special mention to Alsayeed in the lobby bar who is the best barman in Egypt - his cocktails are great . Ahmed and Hossam at the adult pool are excellent - as is Ahmed in the beach bar . We will certainly recommend this hotel to family and friends .

From the 17 to 24th december i was in this beautiful hotel in room 2017. My first impression when i entered the resort was WOW ! I could not believed how beautiful and clean the place was. When i entered my room i had the same feeling as everything was perfect. Spacious room, beautiful garden view and a minibar to die for !!. The day after was my wedding anniversary so my bed was decorated with flowers and ballons and i got a beautiful cake with a heart on it delivered free of charge to my room. What a lovely gesture ! The staff are so attentive to everyone’s needs always asking if everything is okay. The food was out of this world in the buffet and the a la carte too. The chefs are preparing fresh food in front of you and so much choice to choose from. The animation team works really hard everyday making sure everyone has a good time. The evening shows were of a very high standard and i want to say thank you to all the dancers. I could write so much more about this place but you have to come and see by yourself as i am sure you will have a blasting time like i had. This was our first time back to Egypt for 10 years. Previously when our children were younger we did the big family friendly resorts. The Steigenberger is much more luxurious and chilled out. They do cater for families and small children but it's not full on like the Holiday Village e.g. there's no aqua park. We went during the UK half term in late May and expected it to be fairly busy. It wasn't. I'd say it was only 40% full. This had its good points and is bad ones I'll get onto these. It's a big resort right at the end of Nabq, so it's quite a way from the marinas and 'downtown' Naama bay. You are only a 10 minute walk to shops, coffee shops and a few restaurants including the Hard Rock Cafe in Nabq. We stayed in a 1 bed family room. Really nice, big with a separate sleeping area for our daughter. Ground floor and just 20m from the pool, 2 minutes to the adult pool and beach and a 5 min walk to the reception bars and restaurants. Buggys are available if you want them Pools and grounds are outstanding. Really clean and looked after. We had the same sunbeds every day and because it was so quiet there was no one reserving beds. We just turned up at 10.30 and could have our pick! Waiters around the pool are great but they did seem to struggle for diet drinks e.g. Coke zero and that was all week. A bit odd! There's also staff coming around the pool to clean sunglasses, give you fruit, ice creams and even spray you with cooling rose water! We used the sunbeds at the large activity pool. It's a huge lagoon type pool with its own bar/restaurant. You can do as much or as little as you want. They have regular yoga, darts, water polo, water aerobics (very popular), in the afternoon it's football and volleyball near the beach. As it was so quiet you felt a bit sorry for the staff trying to get participants. My daughter was often the only person playing darts at 11am. Still the staff were really good and friendly. There's a large adults only pool at the beach and another HUGE family pool. There seemed to be quite a few people at the adults pool but sometimes there was NO ONE at the family pool. Totally deserted. The advantage being that you can have a huge pool to yourself! The beach is huge with lots and lots of sunbeds and gazebos. It's a typical Egyptian beach i.e, grit rather than white sand. The pier is very long. It's a good 10 minute walk to the end where the beach drops off and you snorkel along the coral. They have masks, fins and life jackets available. The water is crystal clear and you seen a lot of fish just on the walk to the end. The real highlight of this resort was the restaurants. We've been to a lot of AI resorts and the food is generally ok to good. Here it was fantastic. The best we've ever had. The buffet section was merely good, but the specialist al a carte restaurants were all great. As the resort was so quiet we could get in any of the 5 restaurants. There's an app for

Visited back in February after a busy Christmas and stressful new year. Can not fault the hotel staff or any part of the whole holiday it was fantastic. Aswan in the bar was a gem, always on hand with a favourite drink Pool/beach staff brilliant too, ice creams and drinks a plenty. Have bored friends and family about how fabulous this place is and have even booked to return next April!! Can’t wait, see you soon guys
