Не первый раз останавливаемся в этом отеле, обед ужин вкусные, номер чистый, единственное,чего не хватает это пляжа на территории.

Well what can I say best holiday ever for fun. The hotel I would not rate as 5 Star maybe 3*/4 but we had a great time. Firstly we would like to thank Ahmed Hassan and the rest of the Reception team for giving us great service. Secondly the Animation Team, Ecko, 2Pac and the rest of the team, their entertainment was second to none Also the bar staff and their Bar Manager Hakim absolute brilliant service and such a laugh. Mostafa (Zaki) Alaa, Mahmoud (Phil Phil) Atef and Mahmoud Saied. Mahmoud Saied he is my number 1, you would have a normal conversation with him and then all of a sudden he would come out with some funny English sayings, he made my stomach ache and eyes water laughing. I would honestly say This was the best holiday ever, not for the hotel but for the staff. We love you all and thanks for making our holiday a brilliant one. We will be coming back this year and can’t wait to see you all again ❤️❤️❤️ Love Julie and Jay xxx

The hotel was very clean and spacious. All the staff were friendly across the board. Especially Ramadan and Ahmed. The pools and gym were decent. The food quality was average but the service was good. Overall really enjoyed my time relaxing here.

Lovely hotel with the most amazing staff you could ever wish for. Three pools which one is heated. Fantastic spa with many treatments available Great location. On site travel representives that can arrange many trips as you like. Anna and all the management team always so caring and help in anyway they can.

The hotel is immaculate, all the hotel staff cannot do enough for you. The food is fresh and although not spoilt for choice it is plentiful and replenished on demand. It is only a two storey hotel, the views of the mountains are something else. The inclusion of access to the Terrazzina beach is a massive plus with plenty of comfortable shuttle buses throughout the day making the 5 minute journey. My only negative comment would be that the bathrooms need to brought up to date.

My 2nd visit in 6 weeks. Exceptional service, Anna, and the team of friendliest and professional staff go above and beyond to ensure you have the best stay. Stunning hotel, comfortable and clean. My return visit already booked for Jan 2025.

This is honestly the best hotel , the staff are brilliant anything you need they will be there , hotel rooms are lovely we did get superior room and nothing faults it I had the best time here and will be for sure returning as soon as I can !! Would like to say a very big thank you to Anna for the warm welcome & arranging our wedding anniversary, also to the restaurant manager Mahmoud was very helpful. We had dietary needs that Mahmoud took care of. Arranged our romantic dinner on our anniversary. Everyday day Mahmoud was always there making sure that we are getting the right food for our diet. Staff was very polite and very helpful. Thank you to the housekeeper who really took care of all our room services.

The hotel staff are excellent. I have to mention Mahmoud Saied In the lobby bar, Ahmed the concierge Mohamed at the relax pool and Ramadan my room Stewart. Mr Mahmoud the General Manager greets me every day and Anna the Guest Services Manager speaks with guests to see if they have any concerns. The restaurant and Chef's are all very helpful and seem to remember you on a return visit. Bella Vita is the Hotel Beach where Atef is on hand to serve you a refreshing drink. I am sorry if I've not mentioned all the wonderful staff by name who make my return visits enjoyable.

I cannot speak highly enough of Mido at Il Mercato! Fantastic service and the attention to detail to help in every way lovely hotel but Mido made our stay 11/10 I’ll Mercato ask for Mido if you need anything to make your stay extra special

This was my 3rd visit to this hotel and loved it location is great with old sharm close used to get the free shuttle to the beach then walk over and get the shuttle back the staff though out the hotel are the best coming back in august 2025 travelling on my own way to hot for the family looking forward to seeing u all next year

Just returned from 2 weeks at this hotel. Had an amazing time. The staff were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Room cleaned daily, bed linen and towels. The most amazing artistry from the housekeeper Ramadan. Anna from guest services went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Attef Nageh, the most polite and attentive barman I've ever come across. My son misses him already! Alaa in the Spa was great, highly recommend nails and a facial. Mahmood 'whatever' in the lobby made the most wonderful drinks, and always with a smile . A choice of pool for everyone, from active to meditation. Restaurant staff incredible. To be honest everyone was superb. I can't praise them enough. The hotel Manager was present daily and always took the time to speak with everyone he passed. A beautiful Italian inspired hotel, an absolute gem. Taxi's are cheap, to the old market they only cost the equivalent of around £1.50 each way. Bargain. Would definitely recommend this hotel to those not wanting a resort complex, and certainly look forward to staying here again in the future.
