Jaz Lamaya Resort

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Jaz Lamaya Hotel in Marsa Alam. One of the absolute highlights of our vacation was the impeccable service we received from our favorite beach waiter, Abanoub. He stood out with his kindness, attention to detail, and genuine friendliness. He truly became a friend for life, always ready to share interesting conversations and jokes, making our beach days even more enjoyable. Positives: +The house reef was incredible, with a vibrant and diverse underwater world that provided hours of snorkeling fun. + All the staff members were always smiling and friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. + The beach service was excellent – we never had to worry about a thing, and our needs were always anticipated. + The room service was outstanding, ensuring our room was always clean and comfortable. + The SSI diving school directly at the hotel was very convenient, making it easy to explore the underwater beauty of Marsa Alam. + The entire hotel complex was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully landscaped. Negatives: - The only downside was the persistent advertising at the beach for spa treatments and quad tours in the area, which could be a bit annoying at times. - Even though the food was delicious and natives most likely don't have problems with it, we experienced stomach issues (diarrhea, fever) ourselves and heard it from many people. Overall, we highly recommend the Jaz Lamaya Hotel! If you stay here, make sure to say hi to Abanoub – he'll make your holiday extra special! :)

The Jaz Lamaya Resort is a beautiful hotel with a great location in Coraya Bay. The grounds are very well maintained and all the staff are very friendly. We would especially like to mention Gaber at the pool, as well as El Sayed and Mostafa in the main restaurant, who spoilt us with fun and passion. We really enjoyed our holiday and will definitely be back!
