This is not a $200 night hotel. No reception, no internet, small room. It had a fridge but no jug or cups or even a water jug. Nothing, except mini shampoo, conditioner and soap. It is basically a hostel. Using hard to get in as you use a PIN and not easy. Will say the bathrooms were modern and very, very clean. But the rooms were small and poky with nothing (no artworks or anything) to make the room welcoming. It felt like staying in a youth hostel with no amenities. No breakfast or meals offered. Also they advertise parking is $15 all day close by but there is also a $10 overnight fee so really $25 a day. Stayed two nights and room was not made up so no service but will admit the cleaner did a good job in the outside areas and the room was clean.

To say this place is a dump is a massive understatement. I knew it was an old building but didn't expect it to be still original from the 1900's. The room was filthy and the bathroom was disgusting. With the ceiling collaping. The care taker wouldn't answer calls or messages and when I did see him he couldn't care less. Great location close to everything but that is all it has to offer. Was way over priced at $300 per night mid week that I paid. I've stayed in bush camps with better amenities. Very disappointing.

Booked through ***********. Arrived earlier than check in time, but we were greeted by a friendly man who let us into our room early to leave our bags. The location was great for us, as we were seeing a show at the lyric theatre. Unfortunately that's where the positives ended. The room was very bare minimum (twin beds, no TV, no wifi, the fan was inoperable because there was no knobs on the wall). I tried to slide the curtain closed at night and the whole thing fell on me, the rod and all. The hooks to hang it back up were too high so we were left with a bare window all night and it couldn't stay open with out a prop. Being an old building it has no elevator and we were located on the top floor which was 5 or so flights of stairs (just a heads up, not a dig at the hotel). In conclusion this was not worth the money and definitely not a '3 star'stay as advertised on ***********. Also advertised on that website is a pub on the bottom floor, this is not true. The pub is not operating and the whole business is up for sale.

the worst hotel, there were cockroaches everywhere, under the bed there were things from former guests, in the bathroom there were cigarette butts, they have no reception, they only give you an envelope with a code or key, the fire alarm goes off by itself and sounds horrible. there is no one here to solve any problem. HORRIBLE

Booked 3 rooms - family and 2 twins. No foyer or reception area, room keys left in an envelope on a seat with your name on it. Family room had no toilet seat, toilet wouldn’t stop running and water was leaking through the shower ceiling. One twin room had mould in the bathroom and bedroom and you couldn’t work the fridge or TV as the power points didn’t work. No assistance available from the phone number given for assistance. All parties moved to another motel.
