such a nice an amazing experience. the room was cozy, and amazing. the garden also adequately maintained. will come and stay here again in the future.

Had a staycation here with a friend during new year as we live nearby Putrajaya and just want to relax at the hotel. The room is spacious and my favourite thing here is the bed is really really comfy. The swimming pool is huge, it doesn’t feel crowded even when there were many guests staying during new year. The staff at the swimming pool for both days i went are friendly and they played good songs (not noisy) that gen z grew up listening to. Had a nice time swimming there facing nature with the music playing. Overall vibes was good. It’s just that the pool closed at 7pm but i guess that’s the norm for most resorts in Malaysia. I just think it would be nice if we can swim even at night. For customer service, it should have been much better considering the room price and the fact that this is a 5-star hotel. There were a few staffs who were welcoming and greet warmly while some feel cold when interacting like they couldn’t give proper eye contact when talking and couldn’t even throw a smile which i think these things are just basic customer service. It didn’t completely ruin my stay, but it did put me off a little since I’ve experienced far better service at other lower star hotels in Malaysia / abroad. I just think that this is an area the hotel should improve. The breakfast has many varieties and the taste is not bad. Our fav was the pancake here. The hijabi female staff (sorry i didn’t get her name) that was on duty checking the guest list during breakfast on 1st Jan is an example that other staff can follow when interacting with guests. Kudos to her. Overall it was still a nice staycation and I had a good rest here. Would recommend for anyone who want to have 1 night rest here.

I stayed at pulse grande Hotel Putrajaya for 1 nights in Room 331. The room was clean and the staff were polite. However, there was no electricity and water for several hours during my stay, which caused a lot of inconvenience. The front desk was informed but the issue was not resolved quickly. I hope the hotel improves their basic services. Currently, I cannot fully recommend this hotel.

Very good high class place to stay and preety after so many years pass since 2004. It is a 5 stars hotel. Good is good and the best part is the clean and big soft bed. Hahaha

This hotel is located in the centre of the biggest roundabout in the world, and just next to the Secret Garden Putrajaya, with a nice night view. The hotel appeared to be slightly in old-aged, while the interior design of the public area is amazing, there might be some efforts needed for the hotel management to improve the condition of the room. After all, it is still a good stay over this place.

Breakfast was good and the environment was nice. But the hotel is old and not well maintained. Bathroom door and wardrobe were worn out, heaters in both rooms were only lukewarm, and one room had a very run-down bathtub. My room had no view because the balcony was closed for renovation.

We would like to sincerely thank the front desk staff of Pulse Grande Hotel Putrajaya for their kindness and excellent service. They went the extra mile by providing us with a special parking space as my husband is unable to walk, which made our stay much more comfortable. We truly appreciate their warm hospitality and thoughtful assistance to our family.

I really enjoyed stayed here. Super clean and their bed so comfy. Staff were very helpful and well trained in customer service. Fast checked In and checked Out.

Hotel room spacious,all area including bathroom,bed sheets are clean despite the room decor looks classic.View from balcony is nice and peaceful.Infinity swimming pool with beautiful sunset view.This hotel suitable for baby and kids too as it have kids swimming pool.But the kids playroom is small.Breakfast have many dishes and most of it are delicious.All staff are nice and friendly.Proud to see many locals works there and gave good customer services. Hotel location is strategic and near to tourist spot.

New refurbished hotel and room… cosy and quite environment. Suitable for family staycation and located on top of the hill👍👍

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. The room itself is spacious and comfortable, which made the stay pleasant overall. However, the check-in experience could be improved. As this was my first time staying at the hotel, I would have appreciated a brief explanation of the hotel facilities. Despite asking whether I had stayed there before, the staff member did not provide any guidance or introduction to the available amenities, and the service felt less helpful than expected.

Abit far the location. Quiet and got privacy though. Cosy and appreciate if it comes with breakfast

I stayed only one night. Upon arrival, my spouse drop me and luggage ,then park the car at the designated area. You can call buggy with the QR code given to and from the hotel. Everything through the phone by the QR code such as Bellboy service, housekeeping, room services etc. Very convenient and the stay is such a breeze.
