Spacious rooms with modern amenities. You can cook inside the room. Buffet breakfast is acceptable. Plus point, you can have steamboat during breakfast too. But still, it is easy to find eateries around the hotel. Balqis Restaurant inside the Shaftburry is worth to try. Overall this hotel is perfect for family vacation away from the crowds. My kids enjoyed the super large swimming pool. The hotel is connected to the Alamanda Shopping Center via a covered bridge. Easy & fast check in & check out. Staff is friendly and helpful. I would suggest to the hotel to provide a fun kids play room, mini cinema, bowling centre & more tv channels.

Overall stay at hotel is execllent, suitable for families. Friendly staff and great hospitality. Pool amenities is huge. Except, toilet shower at pool area is bit dirty. The floor is bit dirty and not maintain, the shower is broken. Management should look detail on this. But overall stay is great. Nearby have restaurants and easy parking/validate. Recommended for families vacation, with 2 bedrooms, living hall, kitchen facilities with washing machine (better bring your own wash liquid), 2 toilets. Get highest floor worth the view.

The apar**ent is very spacious and comfortable. The hotel location is within walking distance to alamanda shopping complex. Very convenient.

My 2nd time visit to this hotel after around 6 month. But this time a little bit dissapointed because the pool is close for maintainance during my arrival. Management said it's unavoidable because someone irresponsible cause the pool to be close for cleaning. But my suggestion is the hotel could inform earlier through email and provide option to change the date if possible. There's playground but also inaccessible because they close the door to the pool. So sad, my kids don't have anything to do on the first day. Other than that, my stay was good, the room is clean, food is good. They said i can get free upgrade on my next visit. Will looking fowards about it.

Free parking with TnGo card. Warm welcome by hotel lobby and receptionist during checked in.
Breakfast start at 7am and the restaurant tables have stove to boil the soup the soup Very delicious
During the day it look like inadequate staffs to manage the crowd from. 7-8am. Egg station clearly disappointed and give up after 3rd time foll up my order . But finally they sent to my table and apologized after about 30-45mins and the Ouellette ingredient Is not like what I've ordered. the butter also found half melt. Indicated it was not keep at the right temperature
Poor girl who have to attend the incoming guest and clearing the table alone. They are the only 2 staffs that i observed working to deal with the guest.

Hotel best.cantik biliknya..makanan pun sedap sedap..cuma mall dia sendu sikit.its better to jalan to alamanda instead of shaftbury mall.not many shops open there. I stayed at 1 bedroom apar**ent, bilik ok cuma aircond dalam bedroom tak berapa nak sejuk since the placement tak hala ke katil or lambat sejuk im not sure. Other than that all was great. The staff also nice. The view pun ok.

Overall was a nice staycation. Walking distance from Alamanda Mall. Easy to get Grab, you can use Mrt Bus feeder from Putrajaya Sentral. Easy to find restaurants and mini market. Has Sukiya & Shabu2 outside the hotel lobby. You can cook, wash clothes.
I only has 1 complaint, the bathroom was clean but quite smelly. The smell came from the water drainage in the shower room.

Good hotel apar**ent with excellent service. Close to Alamanda shopping mall. Top cleanliness and the best part was i received complimentary early check in & late check out. 👍👍
