The hotel was clean with easy access to transportation Receptionist was not very helpful and need training on how to deal with coustomers

Last minute we changed to Hilton Paris La Défense, thought its a bit far from city center compare to our original booking, but the branding and quality of service made us comfortable and secure. The hotel located at Cnit shopping center, closed to metro, the staffs are well trained, polite and professional, care about the guests. Outside hotel entrance is a taxi stand, the only chanllanging part is when we use Freenow to book private hire cars, we have to drop off at Pullman Hotel which is few hundred metres away, as no vehicle can assess directly to the hotel entrance. It's good that our europe trip ends up with a real four star hotel with quality.

Location is great with metro and RER A (all the way to Disneyland). Almost next to train station but currently have to walk around for 5 to 10mins after 9pm as shortcut is linked to shopping mall entrance. Unfortunately, I arrived on a day when RER A was down with accident. Not much facilities, no executive lounge or pool. Shopping mall is small but there is a huge one just opposite. Room is big! Seems like renovated lately as it has USB-C outlet, there is a whirlpool tub, good alternative since there is no pool

非常不錯的房間，在市中心通勤方便，留下就是地鐵站，飲食也方便。服務nice。房間和酒店本身在商場裏但是也很安靜，景觀也不錯。樓下的甜品店很有聖誕氛圍。

Magnifique hôtel ... idéal pour les concerts arena.

這個價格是算不錯了，外出很方便酒店跟火車站連結的，酒店下面還有一個很大的商場，買東西都很方便。唯一的缺點就是房間進去有股味道。

出差住宿好選擇，離地鐵站特別近！
