Rooms are dated but clean. Staff are friendly. Food is average but it always seems to be at most AI hotels but can ways find something to eat. House reef is great for snorkelling, plenty of fish to see. A small tip goes a long way with the staff who work long hours.

超級垃圾，首先他們客房超定沒有經過我們同意給我們外送到其他酒店。其次該酒店工作人員歧視亞洲面孔，優先給白人插隊辦理入住，導致我們找了半小時都沒辦理好入住。房間爛得可怕（我們被外送到他們旗下的安佛拉斯海灘酒店）給中國人安排的都是舊房間（我們在酒店遇到的中國人和小紅書上都和我們是一樣的遭遇）空調都是壞的，花灑也是壞的，攜程客服多次溝通無法更換也無法升級房間（付費升級）酒店前台及經理拒絕溝通，特別是前台態度惡劣，多次翻白眼不耐煩。電話不接郵件不回覆。退房也處理了四十多分鐘。令人費解的工作效率 設施：設施陳舊多初損壞酒店視若無睹 衞生：差勁，床單上有蟲子全都是毛球地板很多灰塵 環境：還好，浮潛點唯一亮點 服務：態度惡劣歧視亞洲面孔歧視中國人，得不到公平的交流和對待 在中國的平台上打廣告想賺中國人的錢請給予尊重，無論是對中國客服還是中國的平台。 在此特別感謝攜程的客服團隊，謝謝他們不懈努力為我們爭取溝通交流的機會。

Pessimo servizio, camera con aria condizionata non funzionante, nonostante continue richieste di intervento o cambio camera la situazione è rimasta la stessa per 5 giorni. Un posto assolutamente da evitare!

Me and my friend was there 10 days. Everything it was ok, the hotel was clean. They are was friendly, and helpful. Food was delicious and varied. I forget my ring at the room. They are found it after we check out, and they write to me and they gave it to the Hungarian couple staying at the hotel, who delivered it to me. Thanks!

We had a lovely time ... We went with family and friends . Rooms have old furniture but clean. Staff are very polite and very helpful , always going the extra mile . Food is average with a few exceptions They are really good with the Egyptian cusine ... and special thanks to Ashraf the pizza chef They have plenty of food all day long till 9.30 The beach is not the best thing for kids but the amazing reef for diving and snorkelling is one of the best Pool is big ... we also did some diving , parasailing and other stuff . Special thanks to Carlos and Mariam Location is great ... easy access to the city I definitely recommend this hotel for your next vacation. staff are very reliable and trustworthy Special thanks yo hamed at the restaurant and the life guards by the beach Food & drinks .... Plenty of varieties But of average quality ,Drinks are free And restaurants available till late

Really a very good as value compared to money , very friendly and helpful staff , good variety of very tasty food and also the quantity, good modern rooms , good swimming pool with different depth level , the sea is acceptable with some reefs for snorkeling - don't forget your swimming shoe or water shoe , a good + is that the food contain a healthy food corner and a kids food corner with cartoons movies , Thanks again for the staff

I was at the hotel in April with my family and we really enjoyed and felt at home, the staff is good and the animation too, the best was for sure Bemo, he has energy, is friendly and knows for sure how to deal with people, you can tell he loves his job and he 100% made our vacation unforgettable.
