What to say, Loved everything about this place. Rooms were beautifully designed and cleanliness was superb. Housekeeping really does some hard work, loved their determination towards guest satisfaction, its a 10/10 if there is any option. Deba the supervisor, tapas, Dibya, all are very humble and helpful. Kudos to all of them. Its like you ask for something, and its there just in a blink of an eye. Superb service from housekeeping. Loved the stay, will be back again. Thank you all for making our stay so special.

We stayed here for 5 nights. Room was nice, spacious near and clean with a attached balcony. Our room room was on 3rd floor with a nice view. Jagannath temple was clearly visible from the attached balcony. Hotel was about 6 to 7 min. walking distance from the sea. It has a pool even though small in size. Swargadwar was about 3 km from hotel. Buffet breakfast spread was nice. Room service was very slow and pathetic. If anything is ordered from room service it would take more than 45 minutes to reach. Even at restaurant when we ordered food, it would come at tabe after long time. Food taste was not that good except the buffet breakfast. That was disappointed. Housekeeping was very good. Staffs at reception was humble and nice.

It was a short and sweet experience of a one day stay at xenous. Away from the crowded beach with good amenities at sucha budget price. Room was spacious, clean and well kept. Food was tasty. On a whole the stay was pleasant and i would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for budget stay at puri.

Property is good. That is neat & clean. Location is good. Dinner service was not available after 10. 30pm. Staffs are not experienced as it took more than 1 hour to giver a gst bill.

Comfortable. There are many pros points. Cleanliness, polite staff, nice food particularly the breakfast, clean and nice swimming pool, easy local conveyance to any nearby visiting spot, around 500m distance to beach from the hotel. The room service, house service were good. Overall a very good hotel for stay and was happy to see multiple lady employees, which is a nice initiative by hotel in having good female to male ratio in their working staff. I would recommend every family to stay in the hotel as it won't be too harsh on your pocket and the quality you get would not be compromised.

service was good enough …But the time of pool was limited and they were not providing food before 8 that was very disappointing because we were using our whole day to tour ….

Very disturbing reception team. Called 5 times for checkout, when already informed of late checkout. Extremely poor hospitality. No cutlery given when asked. Rooms are spacious but smelly and not ventilated. Location is bad, unreachable by local transport.

Amenities was awesome and new property with good condition cottons and bed covers. But cleanness was not upto mark because bad smell was coming in the swimming pool side lift. Food was good, it may be better where tea and coffee quality should be increased. Location is not exact in sea beach site its 500 mtr distance.
