Only hotel location was good . Food was bad . Brekfast pathetic and cold and service is too bad at breakfast table too . The reason last day I did not go to eat breakfast . Rooms ok but bathroom too smelly . And hair dryer also doesn’t work when asked to change too so long and waste lot of . I have booked this brand as I know the brand is too good but now I won’t stay any more in Hyatt properties , before two days only o stayed at Weston it was just as. Awesome 100 by 100 no complain at all .

Great choice if you need to stay in this side of the city. The facilities are very good and the staff is helpful.

It's really amazing experience here I enjoyed my stay. I would like to Thank Chef Awatar for wonderful hospitality he specially cooked some dishes for me that was awesome it was a memorable experience with him while chatting with him about foods and taste of people's from city to city differ. I had an amazing experience while staying here. All staffs were amazing and so much helpful. Special thanks to Devendra Singh Bisht & kamal. I have been here from 7th April till 30th April and I have never had any sort of problems and whenever I needed help from House Cleaning Team they were always available and helpful.

Celebrated our 39th Anniversary found place to be excellent, very good buffet,good service good food and Saurabh F & B executive made our day by offering complimentary cake nad nice anniversary music for us. I enjoy my anniversary night I was nice movement the staff made for us.

The pool at Hyatt Regency, Viman Nagar-Pune is very well maintained. It is hygienic & temperature controlled. And above all they have an excellent swimming instructor Yogesh. I have taken 3 sessions from him and like always Yogesh has always been very patient in teaching newer techniques, thus ensuring that I learn them by the end of 12 classes. I have also seen him taking sessions for teens & kids and his passion for swimming & coaching is very evident as he ensures that his students learn to swim right in the stipulated time period. Would definitely recommend swimming sessions at Hyatt Regency for all age groups.

I had a business trip and my stay was in hyatt regency pune . I have had a amazing time here . services were good also hygiene were mentioned. Chef /staff were friendly especially shamsher . also you can ask chef to make your favourite customize dish. overall I had a good experience here

What a fantastic hotel managed by a superb leader the minute we checked in till checkout everything was top notch. Room service was great they always delivered on time, we visited the Italian restaurant for dinner the menu was good & the wine selections were perfect for our evening. Kudos to the whole hotel team & the General Manager who met us accidentally during our stay and we had a very pleasant conversation it shows how well the hotel is been managed , good job and we shall be back again for our next trip in Pune.
