There is no wifi and no AC.
The room is spacious, has fridge and microwave.

The location and view are fantastic. They should upgrade their beds and mattresses. They are the weak link to this lovely old Mexican hotel. It's hard to recommend with only double beds and poor mattresses.

A great little hotel with great Mexican flair. Awesome staff. Good walking area if you are fit. Lots of stairs to the Melvin

Amazing sunset ocean view big window studio. Amazing couch and bath tub. Good location. Easy hiking nearby. Nice view from window and rooftop.
No AC. It can be really loud because of nightclub nearby and fireworks around 8:45pm and restaurant upstairs.

The property is one of the earliest constructed hotels in the area, and so it has a lot of genuine character. The view is unparalleled; we could see boats and fireworks and even whales!

This horrible. First and foremost no AC. Poor location. Old bed linens and towels. Terrible.

Have been to Puerto Vallarta many times. Spent time at this hotel many years ago. Wife had problems with her knee, so walking to the property was not easy, as it is almost 200 ft above sea level. According to other guests we spoke to, the property is for sale. It appears that not much money is being used for improvements. Hotel staff was pleasant and friendly.

It was dated not clean room don’t have a way to lock them in the inside and there’s also no coffee no food nearby
