Just stayed for one day, but it took 2 hours to check in. Not how I expected to spend the afternoon. Junior suite was roomy, though.

Très bel hôtel propre avec tout ce dont on a besoin;air climatisé,Wi-Fi,lit de qualité king size,cuisinette avec frigo,balcon,2 piscines chauffées avec transat sur la plage,spa,beaucoup d'activités,fitness,idéal pour les familles.

We LOVED our stay. The Activities staff was so much fun, for the adults and the kids!
We did have a couple issues with checking in. We had called in a reserved our room and asked for a room on a specific floor and were told more that 3 times that it was taken care of. When we got there we were put in a whole different building and charged MORE to get what they had already promised to us!! We were incredibly let down and frustrated.
While the facilities and pool and food were all wonderful the manger was a bit sketchy and frustrating. I don't know that we will be back ONLY because of this encounter.

Were forced to upgrade to be near other family. Given one bedroom but was a ;loft not a bedroom with stairs and older people

Needs to be updated.. very safe environment..Staff very friendly and helpful
Beach area very nice and accessible
Rooms need to be better regulated as to the humidity.. noted a fair amount of air filtering through the door frame!

This older, but very comfortable hotel gave us an excellent vacation. The staff are superb. It was annoying that one of the elevators in our building (#3) was out of service for a month. We found the restaurants on site expensive for what they offer, and found it annoying that people who were willing to devote a morning to visit another Villa property, to get a sales spiel for becoming Villa "members" received large discounts for services. But a good vacation, nevertheless.

We have been to this property many time. This is the first time that we noticed that the pool/beach lounge chair are taken very very early in the morning. The room we had were facing the main entrance and it gets really noisy in the morning. Otherwise all is good
