因為參加婚禮選擇了這家酒店入住，感覺真的還挺不錯的。比坎昆的全包要貴一丟丟，但服務啥的都還不錯。唯一不妙的就是這家酒店不大，但可以預約到高級晚餐，總體來説，還是不錯的。如果是年輕人，推薦奢華一室居，非常安靜，設施也很新。

The main buffet building is gorgeous, good food. The cocktail menu is long and the staff are great. The rooms are average unless you pay for a view but they all have a balcony. There's 3 pools so you can usually find a fairly quiet place to read or sun. Beach huts are stellar but get there early. Same goes for chairs. This is the best resort I've been to so far.

We totally enjoyed our 3 weeks. The food was excellent, staff amazing very clean. The only thing lacking was a lack of great beach. Would for sure go back.

Amazing property, wonderful staff and nice family oriented resorts. Not a million people seeking stuff or time shares. Owners have some amazing touches like a chapel on site.
Cons: sushi place was serving things a bit on the warm side for raw fish, not on ice.

It s outdated, In great need of repairs. Food ; mostly Mexican food,everything meat in sauces and extremely salty. Except for the Italian restaurant which was good.

Everybody there was friendly communication was pretty good sometimes a little hard at times. The property was clean. The pool was great- seeing the family of iguanas every day was pretty cool. Activities at the pool were fun. Only thing I didn’t like was only getting three tickets to use for all the restaurants otherwise you had to go to the Buffet, which was still ok. Overall, it was a nice place -slightly outdated, but we didn’t spend a lot of time in our room. We were at the pool every day or walking on the beach.

Service is average , had a problem with the beach , beach can’t be used , very high tide and rocks on the beach , property is old didn’t have hot water for two days until they fixed it , didn’t upgrade my room as I am VIP ******* member , no fridge even I asked for it several times

Stayed in a Deluxe 2 bedroom suite which was huge. Big balcony too! We had VIP access which was really nice, we could book the specialty restaurants every night if we wanted. We found the Mexican and Italian the best, Japanese was ok and unfortunately the Surf & Turf was not very good and our potatoes & vegetables were cold.The buffet was quite good and hot. The omelet station was the best! Our waitress at the buffet Esther (Pekecita) was the best, she remembered what we liked to drink everyday and looked forward to her smiling face! She always smiled and we all looked forward to seeing her! She remembered what we liked everyday.
We always felt safe, security was very good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our third time at this resort and have enjoyed it every time. I'm sure we back again.
