An adorable stay in the heart of an upscale residential area near the Marina. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The pool and jacuzzi were in a nice treed area. We had a large comfy suite in a tropical setting. The resort is about a 15 minute walk to the Marina and all it has to discover, plenty of restaurants and shops. The site is very handy for airport arrivals and departures but not so close to Puerto Vallarta but that's only a $10 taxi ride away. We didn't miss the noise and hustle of the downtown area.

The neighborhood is beautiful , quiet and peaceful. It’s a very long walk to the marina. At night really dark. We had no problem getting a Uber. The rooms could use updating. The dining table chairs were not comfortable. The suite was huge and comfortable, great air and fans in every room! The staff was incredible, very accommodating. They even contacted a doctor on a Sunday for my granddaughter who had an earache.

Extremely comfortable and clean. Relaxing atmosphere and the staff is awesome. I've stayed twice and both time were great. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a chill vibe on there visit.

What a beautiful place. Spacious, modern and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, wonderful on-site cafe/bar/restaurant, and a wonderful and large pool. We booked there due to its proximity to the airport but decided to stay for 2 days, and so glad we did. Very relaxing place in a nice neighbourhood and a 20 minute walk from the Marina area.

We were very pleased with this hotel. We came To town to get a surgery, which was not available in Canada. San Tropico was extremely accommodating It is not real close to shopping or tourist attractions, but it is easy to get around with Uber for a reasonable price

They have very comfortable apartments
There is nothing real close by for shopping or restaurants. You need to get a ride.

This is definitely a hidden gem. The staff were all awesome, the grounds well maintained and the food was amazing and well priced.
The apartment was huge and could have fit 4 people no problem. We had an issue with one of the air conditioning units and it was repaired right away.
The kitchen was closed at 5 so if you wanted dinner you would need to take a cab or walk 15-20 minutes to the marina. Which was very safe no matter what time of day.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and will return.
