What a stay! The staff are so unbelievably welcoming and friendly. Upon arrival you’re greeted by happy members of staff and a welcome drink. Although they give you lots of information at the beginning they helpfully provide an A4 piece of paper with it all on afterwards so you don’t forget. After quite a disastrous day of travel for us, all of it was forgotten thanks to the staff and beautifulness of the hotel. They were also the only hotel we stayed at (we’ve stayed at many while travelling around Philippines) that acknowledged and cared about the fact it was our honeymoon. They also assisted with our booking of taxis and the underground river tour (highly recommend!). On the beach they also offer free kayak hire for guests. Thank you for a lovely stay! Highly recommend this hotel.

One of the most beautiful seaside resorts I’ve ever been in.

Wow, this place is truly magical. We really enjoyed every single moment of our journey here. We actually stayed at this resort for 4 nights and wanted to stay longer. Staff were always super helpful, kind and very polite from the very beginning. The food and drinks here are amazing. The view from our room was super beautiful. Do not hesitate to book at this resort. You won’t regret it at all. It’s completely worth it.

The hotel is close to the underground river tour. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The food was also very good. We got the premium room, which also had wonderful views of the ocean.

This resort is the ideal place for a romantic get away. It's small enough to provide an incredible personalised experience however large enough to offer the facilities you'd hope to have provided. The staff went out of their to. Meet all requests promptly and the management were great. I hope I have the pleasure of returning again very soon

We were in this resort for two nights because we wanted to do the Underground River in a DIY style. I did not have any expectations at all about the resort since this was my last stop of a 5-week long trip in Asia. However, this resort provided such good amenities and outstanding service, which made my trip even more memorable. What I appreciated most is the staff members. You can tell everyone is proud of their job and is doing their work with such JOY. They were so observant and immediately provided me with help with luggage even when I told them I was okay. Many staff members literally RAN to help me when they saw I might need something. I have never been treated that way in any hotel. The resort is located next to the beach. And I spent an entire afternoon there. The staff always checked in with me to see if I needed drinks or refreshments. The food at the restaurant was great. I enjoyed the Filipino breakfast and the pork spring rolls the best. Joey and Frezel were two staff members who stood out most. They were so attentive, kind, and humble. When I wanted to switch for a more comfortable chair and I was doing it myself, Joey immediately ran to help me. He wouldn’t let me do it myself. Though I was usually self-efficient, I was deeply touched his gesture. Frezel was there during all three of our meals and she The pool area was very nice. It was big and deep and I am sure any swimmers would be happy with it. There was also a well equipped gym on the premise. The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed the two big pillows a lot. Though the bathroom could use a bit of improvement, the water pressure was not strong at all and the curtain was hanging a bit too low. Ivan was at the front desk who checked us in. He was so patient with my friend and I and explained everything in detail. He also helped my friend making photocopies of our passports for the Underground River and scanning a photo we got as a souvenir. I am impressed with how he dealt with difficult guests. On the day of checkout, as I was moving my luggage down the cottage, a staff member ran to help me carry my 32kg luggage. I was totally overwhelmed by everyone who worked there. Coming from the U.S. I am just not used to this kind of hospitality. I highly recommend anyone to stay a few days at this resort when coming to Palawan. You will be treated like royalties.

The warm and welcoming smiles that greeted us carried across the entire resort for the full 8 days that we stayed. The location is magic. The staff are attentive, joyfully helpful and cannot do enough to make your stay amazing. Thanks so much

Where to begin…what a relaxing vacation surrounded by helpful, lovely locals. We are visiting during the off season but it’s our summer vacation. There are no crowds and we usually have the beach to ourselves. The food is delicious and they have something for everyone and if you don’t see it on the menu ask Ralphie or Delter and they’ll make it happen. We haven’t had one thing we haven’t enjoyed at the restaurant. Eula & Cherry Mae at the front desk are very helpful and booked all of our extra activities. Mario & Anton are bartenders on the beach or pool and are happy to assist with drinks. Lillian and the staff see to your room and keep it neat and tidy and also provide a turndown service. As you can see the staff are very impressive and you shouldn’t miss out on this gem of a resort. It might be a drive from the airport but it’s right near all the activities you’d travel to anyway.

Great stay for the price and quality. Hands down would come here again if I find myself in Sabang. 1. Rooms. We went during off-season so we got a free upgrade. Our room was originally on bottom floor but there were bugs so we got another upgrade and upstairs room which was amazing. Despite the bugs in the first room, the second room (Deluxe) had no issues. Beds and pillows were high quality. I thought the resort's handling of our issues was very well done. 2. Food. The food at Palawan restaurant is on the upscale side and top notch. The kare kare (with pork) and grilled chicken was the highlight for us. They have creative and unique cocktails and mocktails. Wide array of breakfast options - they don't skimp on the quality nor quantity. 3. Activities. Both at the resort and locally. We enjoyed kayaking and stand up paddle boarding for free at the resort. The resort is well connected to tour operators and I found the rates very reasonable considering what services were included. Despite it being inclement weather (Underground River tour was cancelled), we were still able to do the 100 cave tours (which was amazing). The resort arranged everything for us the day of - the tour guide, transportation, and lunch. 4. Staff. It's clear the staff take great pride in ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. Check in and check out was seamless. Upon arriving, we were greeted with drinks and a briefing of the resort that made our welcome feel special. The front desk responded to all service requests, including porter for our luggage, arranging tours, and requesting a new room. Our flight out of Puerto Princesa was delayed and the resort offered us a significantly discounted hourly rate to remain in our room too.
