The room is clean and spacious. They have strong wifi and cold and hot shower. The also serve breakfast at the 2nd floor. Hotel amenites are also good. Worth recommending to others.

A great spot to stay if you have a plane to catch! The rooms are simple but massive. Excellent service. Hot water and cold air con. Highly recommend

We stayed one night on Dec 28, 2023, room are clean and tidy with 2 double beds, breakfast is delicious. I must thank a night shift male staff Mr. Jonnel Ogalinola who help me to transfer the money to Elnido for settlement of outstanding payment. For sure I will stay at Fersal Hotel again when I will visit Puerto Princesa in future.

Fersal Hotel’s 3-bedroom suite was perfect for our group. The rooms were clean and spacious. We loved the unlimited breakfast, which was delicious and a great deal at just 399 PHP. The staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, a fantastic stay and great value for money!

Outdated hotel but okay for stay. Not for fussy travellers. Pros - room is spacious. - Bed is comfortable. - A lot of restaurants nearby - Service of receptionists, guards and driver is commendable - bathroom is okay. Strong water pressure - Easy check in and check out Cons -TV is small - room not sound proof. Can hear noises outside hallway - one elevator button is missing and small space - aircon noisy

Staff are accommodating and very good facilities. Specially the fast wifi connection. Highly recommended.

Excellent place and great value. Breakfast buffet should have varieties of items such as yogurt, boiled and scrambled eggs. You need to refresh items as they are consumed through the morning.

good place overall, strategic position for restaurants, airport and night outs. The place was very clean and tidy. The old style A/C though was very noisy, I think they would need to upgrade it .

This hotel is probably the best in Puerto Princesa PALAWAN, It is located only 15 minutes from Puerto Princesa International airport. The hotel has spacious and well equipped rooms, there are also larger rooms for a family of 4 or 5, the free breakfast is served every morning between 6am to 9am. There is a small gym, pool table and many other games that are available, oh also free WiFi There are many outdoor restaurants and other outlets just walking distancefrom the hotel, You can go shopping at the SM Mall which only costs 100 peso by trike, A taxi car to the airport costs 300 peso. There is also another shopping center called NCCC where there are many items like clothing,electrical and other general food products at bargin prices and some are buy one take one free.food is very affordable 👌 here.

The room is nice and spacious and we got breakfast in our room in request without additional charge. The only drawback is that the aircon is very loud with all the water dripping onto it.
