Everything is expensive for the quality and they organized a taxi for us and took us to another airport and we missed our flight

The hotel and surrounding area where beautiful. The staff was very kind and helpful. Food was cooked with traditional dominican flare. The worst part of the experience is the room very old limited tv and no wifi. I give it 4 rating because of everything outside the actual room

Everything was good but one guy on the bar that was disrespectful and call me paríguaya that I ask what that mean y the told I was a bad word .I complained to the lobby personal, more than that , everybody else was polite and nice

Just to started very outdated place, they give me the rooms they wanted, the place terrible obviously for the money that I pay, the food horrible no many options very little entertainment, Probably never come back to the place no customer service on the front desk.

The only issue my parents had was they were checked into a different resort which was clearly less expensive than playa bachata. The issue was rectified the next day. However, it left a sour taste in my mouth. I don’t think that was done by mistake.

The only thing I did like was the staff.the hotel was very bad,I booked for Playabachata and I was accommodated at next door hotel which they said it was the same hotel but I know it was not,poor a/c,the fans didn’t work,humidity rooms,no hot water,no phone service,the electrical outlets was European stile couldn’t charge my phone at all no WiFi in the rooms,if you need WiFi have to go to the lobby,and it was the slowest WiFi I’ve ever seen in my life had to leave without solving what I wanted to do.no coffee station near and I had to walk to the main lobby which it was the hotel that I booked to stay at,awful and uncomfortable beds,not enough towels,and house keeping takes the few towels that was provided early in the morning and didn’t put back replacements until late afternoon,roaches,spiders,mosquitoes all over the room omg 😱 it was real bad,a guess approach to me complaining that she was robbed in her room.and the most interesting part is that she had the money in the safe,I had to go every where with all my money which it wasn’t safe.I took the pickup transportation package not shared and they did the opposite after I paid just for me and my wife not share the driver make a few more stops going back to the airport and pick up 3 more people,even that I told him I was going to be late he ignored me thanks to a lady at the airport from American air line that helped me I made it home 0 star for the hotel and 0 star for the transportation service.hope you don’t promoted it.

The rooms are outdated, the outlets to charge the phones are also outdated they have like an European outlet or something like that, so not all the heads to charge will fit in the outlet. The rooms have a descent size but it looks so outdated looks really old and beds i ask for a king size and they gave me two twins beds put together. So you can really sleep well with a partner because you can fall in between the two beds. The safe to put you personal belongings (passports, money, ect.) was broken. And the food everyday was the same thing they had 2 buffets restaurants and they serve the exact same thing every day on both. The only good thing about the hotel is that the property is big, and the employees are really nice. Specially the entertainment crew. The hotel has potential to be a really good hotel but they need to work on updating the rooms and the buffet. Also a bar inside one of the pools would be great.

I just got here at the property and there are no towels at the pool shacks or none at the rooms. Also the fact that I cant make a reservation for dinner is terrible. Been going back and forth, the 4th time here and nobody could help me.
