A great place to stay rooms done to a high standard the food was good with a great variety on a daily basis. Bar area was nicely laid out and ALL the staff were fantastic. If I had one gripe that would be that in room 3010 a Standard Suite there was NO view floor 3 is at the bottom and from there all you could see was a wall and some plants.

In addition to the title only need a little review in the menu of buffet restaurant. Excelent rooms with 2 tv and a sitting room and bedroom

Ideally located in puerto de la Cruz. 5 minute walk down to the beach and 15 minute walk into the town with some amazing restaurants to choice from. Also ideally located if you want to do any walks in the national park. If you are looking to come to north of Tenerife this is a great choice to stay. Helpful and friendly staff and plant to do at the hotel if you don’t want to leave! We hired a car for the stay and drove from the airport and it’s a much better option than taxis or transfers. Would certainly come back if looking to come to Tenerife again.

What can I say 5days in this glorious hotel With the girls The most amazing view of the sunset through floor to ceiling windows beautiful. The staff were amazing nothing to much trouble. We upgraded to AI as we only booked BB this is worth it although branded drinks still need to be paid for but at a discounted rate we personally didn’t have to pay as the various cocktails on offer were delicious. Rooms : Amazing, spotless, plenty of room, plenty of storage more hangers than usual within 2 wardrobes. Some tips on room: If your towels aren’t on the floor the maid does not change them. You have a card at side of bed that you need to put on the bed if you want the sheets changing. There is no ashtray on balcony and housekeeping don’t have them, so if you smoke take a little something with you for outside as no smoking permitted in rooms (I personally understand the above) FOOD: As I said we went AL whilst at the hotel the food was lovely as you can expect a lot is repetitive but always something different on the hot plate each night and delicious Nobody would go hungry The club sandwich at the pool snack bar WOW was amazing (you have to pay for this) if your getting snacks at pool they are snacks so if your a little bit more peckish then ask for 2 of the item you have chosen. We did not like the al a carte restaurant we felt not amazing and teeny portions for the taster menu and rather expensive for what you got, if you stay over 7days this is free but make sure the Buffett still open as you may need filling up more. DRINKS : As I have said lots of choice of local drinks and cocktails if your a branded person you will pay extra, (TIP) With AI you do get water for your room but for this you have to ask at reception each day they are not automatically put in the room. Coffee not amazing so stick to alcohol! ENTERTAINMENT: This isn’t the best not gonna lie but the lady who does most of it is lovely and very quirky and try’s her best! I would say the aqua aerobics is hilarious so this is a most do, LOCATION: As most people have stated this hotel is about a 1hr 30min /2hr transfer depended on how many hotels need to be dropped off at if your booking I would recommend paying the extra for private to get there quicker. Yes it’s on a very steep hill but so is most of this side of the island so beware of this, If your not a walker or struggle the town is between 5/7€ reception will call you a taxi ask to go to McDonald’s and your right on the front loads of bars restaurants to enjoy there is an super amazing cocktail bar lidos the guys are so accommodating and drinks are fabulous! Stay away from the club blanco bar can’t explain why it’s just doesn’t feel safe. GYM: Yes there’s a gym and also Pilates classes of a morning can’t say to much about these as didn’t use but looked like a good class. Me and my wife had a wonderful vacation here, it's a very nice and quiet place. The room was excellent, large and spacious, cleanliness at the highest standards, very helpful staff. Food selection not too big but for us was enough, plenty to chose, negative side was only the coffee :), not the best quality in the buffet, perfect at the bar but only after 6pm. As an advise, renounce at the instant coffee and keep the classic one, much better. Another negative aspect was the entertainment, very poor, but on the other side didn't bother us because we come in vacation to explore and relax, so at the end of the day we are too tired and by 9 we are back in the room. The hotel it's on the hill so for those that have issue walking, you will need taxi or rent a car, 10 minutes walking to the beach and maybe 20 minutes, 25 maximum to the town centre. We enjoy as is a very beautiful place to have long walks. Very close to markets, restaurants and beach, as said, on the hill, so problem is when you return, this if you like walking, taxi second option. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing time, very nice place and I will return in the future. From my point of view beside the 2 negative sides that I explain, everything is 5 stars. P.S. we book relax massage, I recommend it. Very, very nice and relaxing.

We have spent 8 days on Tenerife, took option with breakfasts, food was really tasty, staff very friendly, room was pretty big, we are really satisfied of our stay at the AluaSoul Orotava Valley

This hotel has the potential to be a great hotel for four star. However, I encountered a few issues during my stay, primarily with customer service, room TV entertainment, and housekeeping. While the food is good, with careful attention, it could be excellent.

Really spacious rooms, clean. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Only thing is, the hotel is on a hill so if you don’t enjoy walking up steep hills then it might not be for you. Overall we had a good experience and we’d come back again!! Very nice

We have recently returned from Tenerife and stayed at this amazing hotel. Very good stay, we chose bed and breakfast. We had a seaview room and could hear the sea. The hotel is in an elevated position looking over the east of Puerto de la Cruz. In a quiet position. There is a walk down to the town and car parking nearby, unless you pay for a space in the hotel car park. The room was large consisting of a large bathroom, large bedroom with a very comfy bed, a lounge and a balcony. A kettle, coffee machine and a fridge. Free drinks on arrival in the fridge. Breakfast was vast and tasty, so much choice. Had a great stay, didn't go to any of the entertainment but there was something on every evening. Staff were helpful and friendly. We would go back again as it was so good....

Rooms are big, fresh and modern, hotel clean, all inclusive food was excellent quality. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate. I was personally taken down to the (closed) restaurant to get some food as I arrived much later than planned due to a flight delay. Nothing was too much, staff in the main bar fantastic!
