The Location is Great, the rooms are Clean and the service is very friendly and super nice (they let us in the room earlier) I would totally recommend it 😄 Great View from the rooms. Nice TV Channels in a Lot of languages. Only thing that could be better are the opening times of the Pool 😂😂

The accommodation was nice but is dated in places. The bed was comfy. The balcony door was not very secure and was very old. The pool had lots of missing tiles. The place does need a refurb.

Muy buen alojamiento. Situado en la parte alta de la ciudad, fácil aparcar y a unos 15 minutos andando de la zona de costa. Muy limpio. Muy amables. Desayuno buffet excelente y muy variado. Repetiré.

With any hotels or apartments we research before we go..this place us just what it says online, simple clean rooms with kitchenette and balcony in the quieter area is just what we wanted, only downfalls were we booked an upgraded room but upon check in in was ground floor and our balcony was not private at all everyone could see you as they walked by in the street and it was right next to the pub where outdoor seating was also so partly noisy, so we asked to change rooms and for bit more euros we got a lovely 2nd floor pool view room which was much more private and relaxing...the only other bad point in no air con but we knew this before arrival and we were given a fan from reception. Lovely pool we didn't find it too cold like other reviews and you can always get a sun bed which is a bonus. We didn't eat in the restaurant as we liked to prepare our own breakfast and lunches the only thing that would make this room better would be a toaster. Great location for bars and restaurants and lovely walk down to the main center and beach however a taxi back up is recommended 👍

We really liked this hotel and very much enjoyed our stay there. The hotel itself is lovely and spacious; the rooms are a good size, and are clean and comfortable; the service was excellent; and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very efficient. The pool/ garden area is very pretty, and very quiet and peaceful. The hotel is situated in a very good location too: handy for the town, the Botanic Gardens, and cliff top walks etc.

My partner and I have just returned from a two weeks stay at the Teide Mar and were pleasantly surprised. For a budget hotel this was exceptional value. The studio apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds and pillows. Bed linen and towels of a good quality and changed frequently. The cleanliness was repeated throughout the hotel. The staff were very friendly and seem to enjoy their work, they always acknowledged you. The pool and surrounding areas were well kept and very pleasant. The breakfast was very nice with a good choice, apart from that we were self catering. The utensils were of a good quality and we managed to make some good meals. There is a supermarket a short walk away. The surrounding area was a bit quiet for us but if you want a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the south this is the place. We couldn't fault it for value.

The hotel room was simple but functionally decorated and appeared somewhat worn. There was a small kitchenette, dining table, sofa, and TV in addition to two separate beds. The kitchen area consisted of a refrigerator, dormitory stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker and was easily equipped with the most common kitchen utensils. TV one showed only Spanish channels. The beds had good mattresses, but the feet on one bed were loose and should have been repaired. The bathroom was simple but functionally decorated. The cleanliness of the apartment could have been somewhat better. A simple wash was performed 5 days a week and towels and bed linen were changed 3 times a week. It was also very loud between the rooms and one heard everything the neighbors were talking about. The hotel's common areas were somewhat worn, but were clean and well-functioning. The hotel's breakfast was served as a buffet and had a large selection of both hot and cold dishes. The products appeared fresh and there was some variation from day to day. Something that was perceived as positive. The hotel staff appeared somewhat reserved, and I missed a bit more kindness, interest and commitment for me as a guest. There was free wireless internet throughout the hotel, however the network was somewhat unstable.

We have visited Coral Teide Mar several times in recent years and have always been very happy with our experience. The reception staff in particular were very welcoming and helpful. Our only comment is that the hotel needs updating in some public areas and while our bathroom was adequate the fittings were worn.

I stayed at the Coral Teide Mar for ten days from late January into February. My room was nice and spacious, a comfortable bed and a little kitchen dining area, with all the basics to prepare simple food. My room was on a side street overlooking a hotel. When sat on the balcony I could see the sea and the mountain one on either side, which was lovely. The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The pool area and gardens were beautiful, and I very much enjoyed swimming in the pool, which was clean. The hotel was a traditional woodened balcony, Canarian style building, which I thought was nice and it looked very pretty. The apartment was in the La Paz area of Tenerife, which was nice, with shops and places to eat and drink near by. There was also a supermarket close by, few minutes walk, which was handy. I did find Puerto generally a bit noisy at night, which was a shame. The walls were a bit thin in the apartment too. Neighbours didn’t stay up till late, so this was okay. It’s probably hard to get away from noise from the streets unless you stay further away from the main town/centre. I would probably do this next time as I like to go to bed early and get up early. If you tend to go to bed after 10.30pm – 11pm or later, you probably wouldn’t notice the noise as much as it seems to die down by this time. This is just the nature of the resort, and the La Paz area is probably quieter than other places in Puerto. All in all, the Coral Teide Mar was lovely. I would recommend and return there but for me I need a quieter location. Tenerife is such a special place and I had a great holiday. If you are looking for a nice beach, I recommend Bollullo Beach. You can walk along the coast through the banana plantations takes about 45 mins (a great walk). At the La Paz viewpoint walk down the steps to the right and walk along the coast until you get to the beach. It is an easy walk with a few steep points but nothing too difficult. It’s a gorgeous beach with a cool beach bar (the food looked good but I didn’t eat there). I wouldn't recommend the Bollullo restaurant though at the top of the cliff because we had a very slow service and poor-quality food, plus tiny portions. Hope this helps you.

We stayded there for two weeks. Cleaning was good, room a bit old. AC outlet should be renewed quickly. First day I noticed that over cooking area was electric wires and if you cook something under, the steam would go right to wires. They fixed it by taping the wires to side, thats it. After 1,5 weeks we found our bathroom cockroaches, tell the hotel in the morning and company put some pesticide etc. in kitchen and bathroom. Same evening found even more, thankfully we got other room because we refused to stay in room any longer. First room on the side to Calle Acevino 2nd. floor. Soundproofing is very poor because old windows and balcony doors, streetnoise comes in easily: busses, cleaning vehicles etc. Also theres a pub right under the balconys so music, singing and loud talking hears inside very good. Last three days we stayed in 5th floor and to street Calle Tabaiba side, it was much better. Swimming area is very nice. Hotel staff also very helpfull and problems isn´t theirs fault. Hotel management shoud do renewal soon. Some rooms are done, but windows and balcony doors should be new aswell.

Amazing place to stay for a budget hotel! We booked this as a cheap get away for February and it hasn’t disappointed. Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and the hotel lobby was clean and spacious. The staff explained everything we needed to know and directed us towards the lifts/stairs to our room. We entered the room and it was clean, spacious and just what we needed for a short break. Beautiful view from the balcony and plenty of storage space for clothes. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was great too!! However, we was a bit disappointed when we tried the pool, it was stated on Trip-Advisor that it was heated November-March, but upon entering it was ice cold and felt like it was not heated at all, so we ended up avoiding going in for the rest of our stay. The gardens around the pool were beautiful and the bar offered everything we needed. There was no air-con available in the rooms but we managed to get a fan from reception which helped a lot. During our stay the only food options available was breakfast buffet from 8am-10am which was affordable and had a lot to offer. There was no lunch or dinner option?? Overall we were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again.
