Fantastic location, literally 5 min walk to the Zocalo and short walk to all surroundings, shops, restaurants. It’s a bummer they don’t have kitchen for breakfast or even a cup of coffee, croissants in the morning. There are lots of cafes, restaurants around but be aware of the time they open, if you are on schedule to catch a bus or something scheduled early, places don’t open till 8-8:30 for breakfast. Hotel has soap, shampoo, towel , closet , safe box, pretty spacious and cozy rooms, slow elevator as lots of people are going up down but it works perfectly if you have patience and you give enough time to yourself for the slow elevator. Great stay here! Puebla is a lovely town specially during Chris**as!

Great location, just a five minute walk to the Zocalo. I had a double room with two full size beds and it would not be exaggeration to say it was ginormous. I have not seen a room as large during my travels in many states throughout Mexico. It was also very clean and has AC. The front desk and housekeeping staff were great. Just a couple callouts: 1) my first room had a dreadful smell emanating from the bathroom but they quickly changed me to another room; and 2) although the second room smelled great, there was now showerhead so it was a high pressure stream but no biggie. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when in Puebla City but perhaps in a room with a showerhead.

Excelente location and with a parking garage.
No windows in most of the rooms, mattresses are super uncomfortable.

Great location!! Loved that must-see attractions/sights are walking distance, blocks away to be exact. This totally makes up for the small and somewhat noisy rooms. The staff were great and helpful. I'd see stay here again, great price and location.

The hotel is well located. The rooms look modern, but have the hardest beds in the world. Very uncomfortable. The first night they gave me a room with no windows, and 2 double beds when I booked for a queen room. They switched me after I complained, but the bed was still hard as a rock. I stayed for four nights and it was the most uncomfortable sleep I have had in 60 plus countries and thousands of hotel beds.
