It was a nice environment. Great staff.
Couple of things i wish the property could of had better . But cant ask for perfect. 🙂

Ho prenotato per una coppia e 2 bambini di 4 e 2 anni. Mi hanno dato un letto a castello! C'erano le ragnatele negli angoli, ma ci siamo arrangiati. Ho dormito io nel letto a castello e i bambini e mio marito in quello matrimoniale, ho dovuto creare le sponde con le valigie e quello che trovavo. Il piccolo ha avuto un piccolo incidente e sono uscite 3 gocce di pipì nella notte. Ho subito pulito tutto e avvisato lo staff. Oggi mi vogliono addebitare 332 euro di pulizia del materasso (cifra assolutamente irragionevole, ho chiamato sia la guardia di finanza che i carabinieri del posto e me l'hanno confermato) oltretutto senza una fattura che dicono di non avere. Attenzione!!

L'hôtel est très bien situé (15 mn à pied de la plage et du centre ville) Il est très facile de se garer devant. Quartier très calme. Le personnel est très accueillant. Les chambres sont grandes, propres et la notre avait un petit balcon avec 1 table, 2 chaises et un étendoir très pratique pour faire sécher les serviettes après la plage. Le petit déjeuner buffet très bien.

L’hôtel est très vétuste et la chambre sommaire. Le prix de 200€ la nuit ne correspond absolument pas aux prestations fournies! La salle de bains est de taille ridicule avec un mauvais entretien, des joints totalement noirs et de la rouille sur la robinetterie. L’électricité ne semblait pas vraiment aux normes actuelles. Les lits superposés pour les enfants sont rafistolés, les lattes pas alignées. Pas très rassurant. L’hôtel est assez bruyant des 8h le matin. Nous n’avons pas pris le petit dej à 12€ (qui aurait augmenté le prix à 250€/4 pers), sans regret. Le frigo ne fonctionnait pas. Points positifs: la localisation à Palau pour le départ en bateau à la Maddalena. Un supermarché à quelques pas qui évite le petit dej de l’hôtel. Et le ménage qui était correctement fait.

Hotel anche accettabile esternamente mentre la camera che ci hanno assegnato (tra l'altro per una settimana) era alquanto pessima: piccolissima e con un armadio piccolo e vecchissimo e tutto scrostato (una vergogna). il bagno anch'esso piccolo con un lavandino dove il rubinetto faceva fatica a far scendere l'acqua. L'impianto di condizionamento poi molto rumoroso. La colazione non compresa nel prezzo ma ad euro 08,00 a testa al giorno quando poco distante dalla struttura c'è un barettino con gente simpatica dove fai colazione con meno di euro 10,00 in due.

L’hotel è molto semplice e a pochi minuti dal centro. Il parcheggio difronte all’hotel comodo e gratuito. La camera un po’ piccola soprattutto con due valige abbastanza grandi però utilizzandola solo per dormire visto che ho passato le giornate sempre fuori va più che bene. Personale gentile e attento.
