Great location in Arezzo, easy and simple to find and access. Everything was exactly as we needed although we did not need to stay long.

Non credevo di trovare in Arezzo dei b&b così caratteristici. Siamo stati nell'edificio storico nella stanza con Jacuzzi. Stupenda!! Ci siamo fatti coccolare dall'a**osfera medievale di Arezzo, degustando anche i prodotti tipici della azienda agricola Borgunto.

Personale accogliente e disponibile alle mie necessità. Le camere sono pulite grandi e confortevoli. Ottima posizione in pieno centro città, si riescono a raggiungere tutti i punti turistici della città. Tornerò presto in questa struttura.

Ottima posizione in un edificio storico che si faccia sul corso principale, locali stupendi arredati con gusto, personale gentile e preparato specialmente la receptionist che mi ha accolto con il sorriso. Qualità prezzo adeguata sono certo che quando farò tappa nella città tornerò qui.

Consiglio vivamente. Il posto è nel centro della città di Arezzo, quindi molto comodo per visitare le attrazioni turistiche più importanti. Inoltre, è situato accanto ad ottimi ristoranti! L'ambiente è pulito e i letti sono molto comodi! Lo consiglio a tutti.

Sono venuta per lavoro, mi sono trovata benissimo, lo staff è eccezionale si è preso cura dal momento della prenotazione fino alla mia partenza. La cosa che ho apprezzato è stata la posizione: pienissimo centro storico di Arezzo a pochi passi dai maggiori siti di interesse culturale e monumentale. Tornerò!

É stato tutto perfetto! dalla sistemazione in un appartamento in pieno centro storico, allo staff super gentile e disponibile. Disporrete di bagno privato, cucina in camera e chiaramente zona notte, siamo stati nell’appartamento con vasca idromassaggio: inutile dire che è stata una esperienza unica! Si riusciva a percepire la storia e la cultura dal palazzo storico in cui abbiamo alloggiato, fondersi con l’eleganza e il moderno dell’appartamento ristrutturato da poco. È una struttura che consiglio vivamente, soprattutto per il rapporto qualità prezzo!

Il loft al civico 108 è completamente da ristrutturare. Aggiungo che il letto è scomodissimo e che per giunta abbiamo trovato solo il lenzuolo ad angoli, senza copriletto quindi. Termosifoni e mura sbeccati. Spifferi a tutti gli infissi, compresa la porta di ingresso. Calcare nella doccia e mobile del lavandino completamente usurato dall'acqua. Allego foto. Nella zona cucina abbiamo trovato spugna e sapone per lavare i piatti aperti, quindi non nuovi, non a nostro uso esclusivo. In dotazione solo capsule caffè, niente bottiglie d'acqua (la proprietaria ci ha detto che l'acqua del loft è potabile, non ho ben capito se voleva essere una giudificazione alla mancanza della bottiglia.). Siamo stati accolti a fare il check in direttamente in stanza. La proprietaria si è letteralmente poggiata sul bancone della cucina del loft. (Mai visto fare). Loft con finestre piccolissime che davano au un androne pieno di canne fumarie. (Le foto di queste finestre sono state furbamente omesse tra i dettagli della camera). Ho finito.

Smartbox fuga di tre giorni regalato a Natale. Ho scelto in base al tipo di struttura che più mi piaceva per organizzare una gita fuori porta. Arezzo nei giorni della fiera antiquaria ha da offrire qualità cortesia ed eleganza. Weekend fantastico. Soggiorno in questa fantastica struttura bella trendy e in posizione strategica.
