Le Bleu Bed and Breakfast

The property looked nothing like the pictures on the inside. No one answered my calls. My taxi driver told me it wasn’t a safe area.

Ms. Winter the property manager made our one night unplanned stay a treat. The place is a gem and will only get better with the planned additions. Winter took us to a very nice restaurant and made sure that we made our flight the next morning.

If you are planning on visiting Providenciales Turks, and looking for a quiet and safe stay. I recommend Le Bleu Bed and Breakfast. t

The staff very friendly, warm helpful. Very people friendly. Made you feel at home.

Pictures did not do property any justice

Would have been five stars, but breakfast was never provided and the kitchen was locked every day we were there except the last day. The pool is nice but small, that being said we were the only ones there so it was private. You will absolutely need a rental car here, as the surrounding area is not very walkable. There aren't many restaurants in the immediate area but there are a few ~5 min drive away. The room itself was very clean and nice; we had a fridge and AC. If you aren't planning on staying at your hotel much this place definitely should be considered, but note that it's about a 15-minute drive to the "touristy" side of the island.

The water was not getting hot enough, my friend and i fell a couple of times in the bad tub (while sober), 2 male employees walked into the apartment while without knocking and i was in my towel half way off in the living room.

Kitchen was closed so no coffee, no one there to check me in, I had to wait, I had to listen to the people next door snore all night

Despite the name and description this property does NOT offer breakfast. Another family that booked via ******* said they paid ADDITIONAL for their breakfast, but were also denied breakfast. In fact - there is NO breakfast on the property. Our room did not have hot water for several days. I told the management each day and they did not send anyone to look at it. After the third day I discovered a hot water heater under the kitchen sink that was unplugged and the valve was turned off. I asked if I should plug in the heater (via Whatsapp - their main form of communication) and he said - "yes that should most likely fix the problem." Our room was located at the back of the building which had swarms of mosquitos in the evening. Every night we had to kill several mosquitos in our room or else get bitten throughout the night. The kitchen also had ants. I suspect if we had a room towards the front, we would not have had these issues. The property is well-kept and clean. There is a charming, but small swimming pool. The room was larger than I expected -the bedroom was separated from the living room and kitchenette. It was also clean and pleasantly decorated. The kitchen was very useful and stocked with most of the items you would need to cook your own meals. The cleaning staff was very pleasant and kind. Management should learn a little about hospitality as well as look up the definition of "bed and breakfast". There is a lot of room for improvement at this new hotel.
