我們在酒店住了四晚，總體感覺是很不錯的．環境優美私密性好．工作人員尤其是aaron，他是第一個接待我們的工作人員．服務貼心、周到．尤其是在得知我浮潛手被擦傷和先生被曬傷後，送葯上門，不停地跟綜問候．其他崗位的員工也不停地關心問侯，令人感動。但我們也幾個小建議．第一個，房間鄰海，蚊蟲較多，吃飯和睡覺都有攪繞．第二是亞州歺的上菜時間有些慢。總的來説，萊佛士是很棒的酒店，我們的入住體驗很不錯．酒店沙灘緊鄰着著名的拉齊奧海灘，入住時別忘了去親身體驗，酒店還為客人備有畫架，對着海景塗鴉也很放鬆😎

我們住到了海景別墅，整體的環境非常舒服，酒店帶有私人泳池，有客廳、廚房。餐食也不錯，還有炒麪、餛飩。但是遇到了在我們吃早餐的空隙有人拉開了我們行李箱，外出還是要把行李箱鎖好，不要考驗人性。

허니문으로 방문했는데 허니문 특전으로 버블배스랑 와인 준비해줘서 너무 좋았어요. 모든 방문객에게 15분 정도의 간단한 마사지 서비스를 제공해주는데 시간이 애매해서 못받았네요. 어디 이동할 때마다 버기 불러서 다녀야 되는데 처음엔 재미있던데 나중엔 좀 귀찮았지만 걷지 않아도 되서 편했어요. 처음 체크인을 할 때 SCR8000을 deposit으로 카드 결제를 해야되고 나중에 체크아웃할 때 숙소에서 사용한 요금들 정산할 때 사용하면 됩니다. 숙소는 모든 숙소가 다 똑같은 구조고 개인 풀장이 있냐 없냐 바다가 보이는 뷰냐 아니냐에 따라 가격이 달라져요. 바닷가가 완전 근처라 숙소에서 꼭 바다뷰를 안봐도 되는 분들은 저렴한 곳으로 예약을 해도 숙소 안은 넓고 좋아서 만족하실 것 같아요. 개인적으로 세이셸에 5박 있으면서 먹은 음식들 중에 래플즈 숙소 안의 큐리어스 레스토랑 음식이 좀 괜찮았어요. 그렇지만 모든 음식이 다 맛있었던건 아니에요. 큐리어스 샘플러는 별로 추천하지 않아요. corn soup가 생각보다 맛있었고 치킨 커리 종류가 괜찮았어요. 음료는 물부터 모든 음료에 charge가 붙어요. Fresh juice중에 오렌지 쥬스가 맛있었어요. 숙소 안에 네스프레소 캡슐 커피랑 차는 무료로 즐길 수 있는데 네스프레소야 믿고 마시는 거고 차도 정말 괜찮았어요. 쪼리 타입의 실내슬리퍼와 샴푸, 린스, 바디워시, 가글도 제공해주고 병에 담은 과자도 하루에 한번 챙겨주서 좋았어요.

We had a wonderful time at the bar and curieuse restaurant. We were treated to an amazing time by the teams of Kevin and Boid at the bar and restaurant.Derrick made wonderful drinks and Boy the chef gave us wonderful creations for our dinner. The final.surprise was the double feast cakes for birthday and anniversary. Highest thumbs up!!

The hotel was supposed to be the best on the Praslin Island. But the stay was not satisfactory. The reception was warm and accommodated us for early arrival at 6:15 am. But the ocean view was heavily obstructed by the tree line. The villa was beautiful but the pool was small. Calling a buggy was really painful. We had to wait for 10-15 min usually, probably due to the lack of cars and staff. Calling a taxi was equally difficult. Concierge and front desk tried to send us to each other to avoid helping us. Breakfast selection was good but the food and juice we ordered sometimes were forgotten. It also took a long time to clean the used plates and glass. Pizza box was left outside our villa’s door overnight until we complained. Dinner buffet was ok but not good enough for that price. A waiter openly expressed dissatisfaction to the extra gratuities in addition to the 10% service charge. The rumor from outside was that staff were underpaid. We felt that staff were actively promoting all sorts of services in the hotel. Later we went out for dinner by taxi. The beach was beautiful but there were plenty of planktons or jellyfish in water which made swimming uncomfortable. If you really want a 5 star hotel, you should pick other islands in Seychelles.

Amazing service from Boyd, great Bon Voyage surprise on the last evening. It’s the people that make the place special. Beautiful beach, the island is peaceful… we will surely come back. Ideal location for a peaceful getaway to relax and recharge.

I visit hotel with two kids and we all stay glad to be here! The nature is beautiful, here is one of the best beaches around ❤️ Service is very good. The staff very friendly and welcoming. Good service on the beach They organize every evening different dinner, sometimes on the beach under the stars, it’s amazing. Good kids menu. Cleaning and room is very high quality

The whole stay was just spectacular. The resort is equipped with all that is needed and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. There is a new activity and event almost daily. What really made the trip special is that each guest is assigned a butler that will help them through all their needs. Our butler Pasek made our experience even more memorable. He attended our every need and provided recommendations and solutions on the spot. He went above and beyond and we will never forget that.

The restaurant was offering one of the best meals we’ve ever had. The food was crafted from fresh ingredients, presented beautifully, and tasted heavenly. The service was impeccable! The staff were incredibly polite and professional, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our visit. A special thank you to Darrel, Diane, Christina, Yanah, Julia and Derik for their outstanding service and warm hospitality. We can’t wait to return!

We had the best grilled seafood dinner at the beach with live music- can’t describe the quality of the food, service and beautiful atmosphere created. Staff are super friendly and nice❤️ we loved the dinner at the beach, strongly recommend the concept of dinner at the beach in Raffles.

Beyond our expectations on so many levels. I do not have the words to describe the resort to capture all that was on offer for us. The staff, the whole team, and our butler Pasek, could not have looked after us better. The room (panoramic view with infinity plunge pool) was perfect, looked after twice a day, little surprise gestures left by the bed every night. There wasn’t anything that was too much trouble for them. The breakfast buffet was the best, and thank you to all the team there. The main man really looked after me, as did everyone else, but again, simply blown away by everybody there. Reception and concierge were always there with a smile, and Pasek checked in with us day and night by WhatsApp, and popped up during meal times….just to make sure we didn’t need anything else. Buggy service prompt, and (worryingly so) they seemed to know us within a day and where to return us. We walked down, but used the buggy to return. We did not make enough use of the beach or pool facilities, but when we did use them, again, simply the best. Definitely the cleanest, clearest and calmest beach ever. Thank you team Raffles.

Fabulous location and wonderfully attentive staff members. Highlights include idyllic private beach, complimentary daily yoga with Ajeesh (fabulous instructor), amazing birdlife & fish (snorkelling is a must), Spa facilities, large pool, Dave’s bar service to the beach and delicious food in each restaurant. Villas are super-private with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We will be back!
