All are very good! Just a very minor about the coffee capsules…. We have the coffee machine but not the capsules..

Room description is not accurate and wear and tear visible throughout the apartment . We're a family of 4 so like staying in apartments rather than hotels for the space and convenience of a kitchen However, the room turned out to be a duplex ( master with a king and single bed upstairs and sofabed + kitchen on the lower level.) this was not noted in the description of the apartment and very annoying aa we were not planning on lugging suitcases up a narrow flight of stairs. Furthermore more the king and single beds were on a slanting attic wall - we couldn't sit up straight in bed without knocking our heads and the single bed is worse as its along the lowest part of the ceiling and you bang your head before reaching the bed This is not visible in any of the pictures on the site so very misleading The kitchen area-The dishes were all on the top shelves so kids had no access to them and required assistance, there is only a mini fridge ( not what you expect in a 70m apartment with equipped kitchen) . But most upsetting is the state of the apartment- from the pics we thought it was a renovated apartment however : 1. the sofa is torn with stains and the mattresses are longer than the frame meaning you can't sit straight on the ends or sleep straight.. 2. kitchen cabinets are stained and countertop also with a significant dent in the laminate making it look dirty... 3. The closet drawers are not even installed... 4. There is a moisture issue with the apartment- there are areas with moisture on the walls and areas which seem to have been recently repaired ( not yet repainted) 5. Bathroom fixtures broken Definitely not worth the price we paid , not suitable for families and we definitely won't be returning - this is the worst apartment we've stayed in

Within 30 minute walk to all main places to see and eat in Old Town Prague. The apt was roomy with four beds and two toilets. I heartily recommend.

This apartment had only one advantage in comparison with the ones we rented on our trip to Europe - large size. All the rest was not great at all. Communication with the stuff was only possible by phone and only during business hours. If you don't have a European number or having an issue outside their working hours - good luck contacting them. When we were in this apartment the temperature outside was 94 degrees, but they had no air conditioner. They did offer 2 fans, but this did not help much. They had a requirement of checking out by 10:00 AM and when we were a few minutes late and wanted to bring down the rest of our belongings that were left in the apartment they had reset our entrance code by that time and we were left outside by 10:10 AM with a bunch of our stuff still inside. There was no way to go back. We literally went through hell due to these 10 minutes delay. Their main hall entrance door often used to get stuck during the entrance and one had to apply tremendous force to open it, something a weaker person may not have been able to do. They claim to be an environmentally clean building and somehow due to this they will not clean anything or change towels more often than once in 5 days and even this we had to request. Nevertheless they left a note that they will be happy to clean if you play 15 euros.

Dirty... apartment did not look like the photos... we ordered a deluxe apartment but it was no where near that... Loved the area but not the apartment.

great location, 10 mins from old town lots of transport nearby ideal for couples and familys

We had a lovely stay at the wel equipped appartement. All family members really felt at home right away. Briljant easy full digital check-in. The appartement was very clean, the beds were great. Only downside was the lack of parking space near by, but that was expected in the city center.

The apartment was fresh and clean, the trashcan had used diapers in it but other than that everything worked out smoothly especially the contactless access to the apartment. Great hotel and great staff!
