Room was clean, not much lit. Missing free outlet, or outlet near bed. Only free outlets were one in the enterance room and one in the bathroom. There was a gap under the front door with light from the yard under the door. Internet wi-fi was not fast (down 12 / up 11 Mbit) but stable. TV was showing only 10 german, 2 czech and 1 russian channel. No instant coffee bags, but there was electric cattle, free tee bags (2 fruit, 2 black) and sugar bags. Water taps in the sink and shower are separated, and it takes some time to set required temperature. Not sure if the ladder radiator in the bathroom was working properly when turned on to maximum. Tiles in the entrence and bathroom were cold. Breakfast was delicios and with wide choice.

We've spent 2 days of our 2024 EU tour in this hotel. We had a great time here, the staff were kind and helpful, especially the receptionist Daniela, she gave us maps and made our trip much easier (if you're reading this, thank you again!) The room was pretty nice too, it had a classy feelint to it and was cleaned pretty well. We booked with breakfast included which did not dissapoint. : ) Overall, it's a classy and well suited place, close (20 minutes of walk) to the city centre with amazing staff. I recommend it to any couple traveling the continent or even for a weekend trip.

The check-in went very smooth and the receptionist provided us with a lot of useful information about activities, city highlights and means of (public) transport. We found the room to be confortable and the bathroom to be clean and spacious. The hotel is located at a walking distance to the heart of the city and near a tram stop and various shops and restaurants.

Stayed here for two nights which was reasonably priced. The staff at the reception are very helpful and you can book any tours through them at reception. It’s a little away from the city centre but it’s close to the train station (about a 10-15 minute walk) and the bus stop is outside the hotel. You can also walk to the city centre or get a taxi which is all very accessible. Breakfast is free and there are many options to choose from. Rooms are very spacious. Overall a very pleasant stay here.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The breakfasts were also excellent in a nice hall. The room was smaller, but it was enough for a night's sleep. It's just a shame that you couldn't tune in to more Czech and sports programs on TV. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. We would love to come back here.

Very enjoyable experience at the Hotel Ariston in Prague. Rooms were clean, and located in a spot very handy to the main square. The value was extremely good for the 3 nights we stayed. The Hotel were very accommodating, especially when it came to letting us store our bags, as we arrived early and checked out late. Would like to shout out Nikoleta for being really kind and helpful when it came to checking in and out, as well as sorting any queries we had. Thank you!

Very nice stay. Everything was actually like this how they said. Good breakfast, friendly personal, comfy room. Easy to do check in and out. 20 minutes walk to city center, tram stop was very close, many restaurants next to hotel also. Pillars soft

This is a great hotel located near the main train station in Prague and close to good transport links to all over the city!!! The room was spacious and was located away from the road so it was very quiet. Breakfast was very good and was located in a huge theatre/ banquet room. The staff was always replenishing the buffet and coffee tasted great. The service at the hotel was VERY GOOD. Everything was clean and tidy. We were very lucky in the 2 receptionists who were working while we were there. Nikoleta helped us with 3 day passes for the trams, as well as helping with navigating to some of the destinations we wanted to visit. Special thanks to Aneta who gave us extra service in printing out some important forms we needed to have. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague.
