TL;DR - Would not come back. Positive - The staff was kind and the room was clean and the location is good. Negative - The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the floors are super this (I guess) and we could hear very clearly every step the guests in the room above us made, same goes for the walls. The air condition was very loud, we were woken up at least 3 times a night from noise. The vent in the bathroom was very loud and did not do the trick, the smell in the bathroom was always strong and bad. We moved to another hotel mid stay, both were in the same price range, but there is no comparison; we were shocked they cost the same (difference of $12 a night). One last thing, I paid an additional 50 Euros for balloons and flowers for my wife, the flowers were very small and I got 3 balloons, I was externally disappointed.

From check in until check out, it was an extremely pleasant stay. In the middle of old town, it was the perfect setting and location to easily visit the Christmas market and festivities. Prague’s public transportation from the airport is easy and good. Finding the hotel from our our stop in Old Town was very easy. Highly recommend staying at this lovely location!

We had a nice stay at the hotel. The rooms are big and very comfortable. The bathroom has everything you need (hairdryer, shampoo, toothbrush,…). The breakfast buffet is offering a lot of different things. We really enjoyed it!

Great hotel in a great location, for a great price! I spent 4 comfortable nights here for $550/total, or $137/night. Would definitely stay here again! PROS: -Nice sizeable room for European standards -Very large bathroom for European standards -Comfortable queen sized bed -Minibar that I also used as a fridge -Friendly service and check in process -Great location! Just far enough to avoid the loud Old Town and vehicle noise so you can sleep well, but still in easy walking distance to Old Town, the Charles Bridge, and a lot of sights. right by a tram station. -Breakfast buffet had an awesome variety with eggs and sausages, lots of pastries, beverages, fruits, cheeses, and more. CONS: -No elevator, I was on the 3rd floor, which isn't bad but seemed rough after a long day of sight seeing and walking for 7+ miles.

This accommodation is quite big and convenient near the city centre. And quality of toiletries are best of best. Only, one shame thing is no stair, but it was ok.

Great location, within walking distance from everything. The hotel staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. The hotel restaurant offers great food and a really cool atmosphere.

We had a great stay with our 2 small kids. The room was clean, spacious and very nice. The staff was sweet and attentive and helped as best as they could with any issue or help we needed. Amazing location to explore the city. Quiet street, yet super central.
