Nice location, near MRT station and most attactions. The room interior is quite comfortable. The receptionist is friendly and helpful.

Swimming pool start 8 pm . 11 pm . You have to be on Guinness book of Record for swimming pool time ..

Location is great, but TV and security box didn't work.

The location is excellent, it is exactly located at the centre. The room is quite big. Feeling like home.

The location is perfect , near metro and also near many restaurants, cafe , the mall and mini mart. Near many attractions. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Lots of choices for breakfast. I would definitely come back to this hotel. Much recommend!!

Hotel bien ubicado,con atención deportable,habitación que se realizó aseo durante los 3 días de estancia,al reclamar al conserje en la tarde ,la respuesta fue aquí tiene las toallas,no tengo personal a esta hora.La habitación tenía un refrigerador que no funcionaba ,solo de aforo ,la ducha inundaba el baño.Realmentebun hotel muy deficiente y con pésima atención

位置方便，附近有電車站、地鐵站及超市，周圍也有店舖，位於中心地帶，房間很大，還有免費早餐，店員服務良好。

Our stay was just fine. If you are looking for a great location this is the place, buy keep in mind you are getting the locale at the expense of the noise of folks on the square all night long. The room we were provided was reasonable, and clean enough. If you need AC then this is not the place for you, as you will need windows open. I will say the staff were incredibly helpful to us and made it a good stay.

The kitchenette was filthy. Dirty dishes and dinnerware. The “staff “ were utterly useless. The only good thing was the location. Great street and neighborhood. Very Close to public transportation.

The location is great. We got to visit most of Prague just by walking. Our room was quiet and large. The hotel advertises that they have a fitness center and swimming pool but these are separate businesses, so you need to pay extra and availability for hotel guests might be limited: the swimming pool, for instance, was only available after 8pm. The room had a kitchenette, microwave and larger fridge than usually found in hotels: very convenient for families (although we ended up eating out most of the time).

Good location, close to attraction and others

Fabulous location. Great, helpful staff. Lovely breakfast on the Terrance. Clean room, but the AC is VERY loud and doesn’t work, so u just lay in bed sweating, wifi is terrible, paid to use the pool (select hours) and there was swimming lessons going on and we got yelled at and had to wait, so that was weird. Anyways it was okay, the location is fabulous, but I wouldn’t stay again.
