NH Collection Prague

Very nice hotel, love it.

J’ai adoré séjourner dans l’hôtel En arrivant nous sommes entrés par le premier hôtel d’où part un téléphérique qui emmène à notre hôtel De ce câble car on a une vue imprenable sur la ville Idem pour la chambre qui était impeccable avec grande baignoire et vue sur toute la ville de Prague Hôtel bien climatisé Avec très bonne literie et oreillers Au calme Dans la verdure Personnel au petit soin Grande piscine : attention les échelles pour y descendre sont un peu dangereuse c’est dommage Jaccuzzi très fonctionnel Sauna Le Plus : les horaires d’ouvertures du wellness Le matin : Grand buffet continental avec également quelques spécialités culinaires de la région Possibilité également de demander des œufs brouillés, au plat , pancakes … Le soir :dîner italien un peu cher mais qui vaut le coup Sur l’emplacement nous ne sommes qu’à 5 min à pied des arrêts de bus et tram pour la vieille ville et les visites Pour terminer je recommande a 100% et nous reviendrons !!

Exellent hotel, friendly staff, the first thing you notice is the how clean the reception is, which follows throughout the hotel. nice clean spacious room, breakfast bar, plenty to choose from, and impressed with the cleanliness of the dining room. Best part of the stay is the mono rail were you go up to the hotel it's self, i highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel about a 5 minute walk from the metro/tram. Small cable car which takes you up to the hotel which is quite novel. Rooms large with a view over the surrounding park. Roof top bar is pleasant with a nice view, red bar in the hotel at ground level is good for food and drinks at a reasonable cost. Breakfast plentiful with a station that cooks fresh eggs for you on request. Overall a pleasant stay, would recommend.

Great hotel, room and facilities were spot on. Breakfast was delicious lots of options and nice modern restaurant. Hotel about 30 mins walk from the old town in Prague Petr on reception when we arrived was fantastic. He arranged for us to check in early and explained the layout and facilities of the hotel. He then took time to explain tourist activities in Prague. Petr was so helpful and a major asset to the hotel. Our room was spotless as was our toilet / shower room. Prague itself as a city was fantastic.

Let’s start with some good words. The hotel is located perfectly in a quiet spot walking distance from main train station that arrive every few minutes . The staff are friendly (Nh collection team) Be aware that there are two hotels in the same area, Nh (blue )and Nh collection (red) The blue team can improve themselves and be more friendly at the front desk . It seems most of the time we disturb them. The red team on the other hand were, super helpful and friendly. One thing you should be aware is in order to get to NH collection you have to go through NH city, and from there take a cable elevator (looks like a roller coaster and bit scary ) Once you’re finally in Nh collection, you’ll find spacious and comfortable rooms, I would say they need some work (paint peeling, and likewise) but that did not affect the overall experience. Breakfast room is modest but I know that every NH is different variety at breakfast so no complaints here. In our second day, the cable elevator was shut down for maintenance purpose, and the hotel provided shuttle services from the upper deck to the lower deck , that was incredibly uncomfortable, the shuttle drivers were not friendly at all, most of the time they were grumpy and drove too fast (except one young employee that driving safely and slowly) Most of the time we had to wait for the shuttle and out of the many time we needed it we chose to walk 10 minutes down the hill and up the hill because we could not stay and wait any longer . We were late to one of tours because of it and had to pay fee for not showing on time and missing the tour Just to make things more visual to other travelers. The gym is located in the lower deck And the room is located at the upper deck meaning if I wanted to go to the gym, I had to walk or wait for a shuttle . That said , the shuttle services were not efficient and not friendly and this is my main complaint. The hotel facilities are nice, I would say that the gym is one of the best gyms I have ever seen in NH all over (and I have experienced many of them) The hotel also has spa and a very good massage therapist but I highly recommend! I would like to mention the kind reception staff and especially one one receptionist that was incredibly helpful her name is Nickola , she assisted us upon the check out and make sure that everything went well
