Beautiful city & friendly people

Muy buen hotel, limpio, habitación amplia, el desayuno tipo buffet incluido en el pack que compramos estuvo delicioso. Muy cercano a puntos de interés como la plaza vieja, la torre d ela polvora.... Tuvieron un obsequio de un vino por nuestro aniversario. Muy majos los y las recepcionistas desde el principio al final de nuestra estancia. Pudimos dejar en consigna nuestras maletas hasta las 18h para poder disfrutar de nuestro último dia

The staff was friendly and professional. Beautiful hotel in a great location. Very walkable area. The restaurant was an excellent dinner choice! I would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel, very central location, good staff, room is good. Breakfast good, but very expensive 18 euros per person, it’s an exaggeration. I wouldn’t rate this hotel as 5 stars.

Very clean and professional. The reason for the 3 star review was because the shower was pretty uncomfortable. The water pressure with the temperature kept changing and it was like taking a hot shower and a cold one at the same time. Also, i was right next to the service elevator so it was quiet noisy. You could always hear people talking clearly from the hallway too. Besides those two things..it was very clean and the people were great.
