MOOo by the Castle

We had an amazing time at Moo! The staff are very friendly, our apar**ent was exceptionally well designed, spacious, clean and quiet! Thanks for making our stay so special, and we’ll definitely come back!

Wow, this place is lovely! The apar**ent itself was spacious, had everything we needed for a short stay (and looked like we could have stayed longer comfortably), and was in a great location. Little details like basic toiletries, hairdryer, bottle opener, umbrellas to borrow - it felt really thought through as a place to stay. We overlooked a courtyard cafe but there was great soundproofing so we didn't notice unless we wanted to open the doors. Mariia and Martyna were also incredibly helpful throughout our stay but without being intrusive. It was the perfect balance between a separate apar**ent and hotel facilities. We were on the first floor and the stairs would be tricky for anyone with limited mobility or strength for carrying luggage so it would be worth enquiring before booking if this applies to you. It's also a bit of a walk up the hill on cobbles from Malostranska so bear this in mind if you have a lot of luggage! They can arrange airport transfers and also give great directions from major hubs. The location is just below the castle, so easy access to all the sights there, the monastery further up and also Petrin tower and gardens. We ate at St Martins (delicious!) and Vegans (ask for a terrace table!) which were 1-2 minutes away. It's close to all the sights but not in amongst all the crowds that can cover the Charles Bridge and high enough up to give some fabulous views over Prague.

The best quality/price, everything was very smooth to make our stay the easiest: early check-in and availability from the most pleasant staff anytime! The apar**ent was perfectly located and contained everything we could need 🙏 I would highly recommend!

This is an exceptional establishment - as a family with 2 young children, they really couldn't be more accommodating, catering to quite literally any need we may have had during our 5 night stay. The rooms are large, flats modern with equipped kitchens and great water pressure in the bathrooms. The rooms spotless and the quirky theming really works throughout the hotel. We will 100% be coming back the next time we're in Prague.

What a wonderful stay! Fantastic service from the moment we made our booking (directly), to departure. The 2 ladies at the front desk were super helpful and friendly. We loved the room, everything is very well thought through and of a high quality! The room was quiet, bed comfortable, shower excellent and our only wish was that we could have stayed longer and used the kitchen facilities too!! Thank you for making my birthday stay so special!!

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apar**ent and enjoyed the spacious layout with 3 en suite bathrooms and one half bath. It was a comfortable stay on a nice quiet street. The towels and sheets were very clean and soft. Would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left it was such a great experience. The apar**ent exceededour expectations, it was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of Old Town crowds. Maria and Martina were such great helps with reservations and laundry. Having such a nice kitchen was great for having breakfast or a light meal. I highly recommend MOOos.

A group of,shall we say, older travellers stayed here for two nights on a combined university reunion and cultural weekend. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, just like the photos, set around a pretty courtyard. Very convenient for the castle, cathedral and art galleries but less than a twenty minute walk to the Charles Bridge. The area around the bridge and Old Town Square can be very busy and noisy, especially at weekends so we were grateful to escape back to our haven of peace. Reception closes at 6 but we were sent very clear instructions on how to access our rooms. Reception also arranged a restaurant booking for our group of 12 at short notice in a great local restaurant ( Úvoz). They will also arrange airport transfers and store luggage and are very friendly and professional. All in all, next time I visit Prague, I very much hope I can stay here again!
